This hotel is very close to Kings Cross railway station (2min walk) and surprisingly quiet. The hotel looks fresh from the outside and better than the photos. The inside is clean and smart, this is a budget hotel however for the price and location, cannot be beaten. The room (double with shared bathroom) was big enough, with TV and ample... More

I stayed at this Hotel on fri 5th dec 2014, (1) the carpet in the room looked like it had never been vaccumed, (2) there was body hairs in the wash basins and shower rooms not clean at all. cups had tea stains.

Picked this hotel (really a B & B) because of it's proximity to King's Cross Station and the tube. That was the best bit. Hotel was below ground level with no window - in 2014!! Beds were clean but only one pillow - no spares. Bathroom was clean but the window opened onto a central space overlooked by other rooms... More

I stayed for 1 night in order to attend an event in London. As other people have pointed out the rooms are small. I stayed in a single room up 1 flight of stairs with a washbasin and a shower, but the toilet was a shared one. I was impressed that the room was very clean. Compared to a lot... More

As mentioned in the title, these are the main advantages for the hotel, it's located in a very good area, and the staff there are very friendly, especially "Abdul". The room is small, but it's ok for the money and for sleeping the night.

This review may have been different if not in a basement room (which I was told is same price as other, higher level rooms, but often allocated to you, if you book late (which is what we did)). Between the hours of 1am and 6am it was quiet. Between the hours of midnight to 1am, and 6am to 10am when... More

As stated in my title it truly is an amazing hotel for how little we paid. Situated 300m away from Kings Cross Station, this quaint little hotel was charming Not only was the breakfast amazing- all you can eat buffet in the morning. Cereals, fried breakfast items, toast and fresh juices. Again lovely food compared to what i was expecting... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
