Fantastic residence, very well located, at 2 minutes from Gloucester Road Metro Station (Picadilly line), 20 minutes from Saint Pancras (direct) and 25 minutes walking distance from Harrods ! Apartment very spacious, clean and very well equipped. The beds are perfect. Modern decoration and the park is very quiet. We enjoyed our family stay with Fraser : thanks you so... More

A couple of weeks ago was my first stay at the Fraser Suites Hotel in Kensington. I have visited London about 8-10 times a year for the past 8 years and usually stay in Kensington at one of the more "American style" properties. This time I booked at the last minute and could only get into Fraser Suites -- and... More

We arrived early in the morning and were able to store our luggage until the room was ready. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and had our room available a little earlier in the afternoon which was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless and had ample space. Our room overlooked the street but was very quiet. Conveniently located... More

Facing a beautiful park, the location was very well appointed , nearest tube station is Gloucester Road. We travelled everywhere by tube. 5 mins walk to Natural History Museum and Victoria and Albert museum. The room was clean and tidied very well daily. However the wooden floor was creaky and you could hear when your neighbours was walking upstairs. Front... More

Very convenient location and nice neighbourhood. The room was well layed out, spacious for London standards and had everything I needed including a small kitchen. Most importantly, the room was quiet and the bed was very very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and determined to make it a perfect stay.

We had a lovely stay. Arrived Easter weekend, so no housekeeping from Fri-Monday. Welcome basket was hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and instant soup. Fridge had two cans of soda, bottled water and orange juice. For the price a piece of fruit, or even a piece of bakery would have been nice. There were burn marked on the kitchen counter, and... It's so well located- subway is within 10min walking distance, next to Victoria and Albert & Natural History museums. The room was well appointed and having a small ensuite kitchenette was much appreciated. We love this place and will come back again.

Arrived by the side gate, porter quick to answer buzzer for the gate, a very simple check-in, a personal escort to our top floor apartment. Shown around by the concierge & left with a feeling we were being looked after. Balcony with views over private rear garden, spacious Lounge/Diner, fully equipped Kitchen (with a Waitrose & Tesco just around the... More

This was a really nice stay in a great part London. Fraser suites is quite close to the V&A Museum, Natural History Museum, Gloucester Rd Tube and a host of shops and eateries. After travelling for 2 weeks, it was great to put a on a (free) load of washing and relax in a charming, spacious, comfortable room. We really... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
