What can I add - I agree with the dirt, the mould, the squalor..... perhaps some information about the eating facilities.... When I asked for a plate to eat off there seemed to be some sort of standoff and eventually with a lot of sighing and groaning I was given one. The dining room had a faint smell of urine.
