Realize that this is what I would consider a "basic" hotel. The location was great - just a block from King's Cross / St. Pancras station and tube stop. The hotel itself was good for the price and location, but realize that you are paying for the location more than the hotel itself.

Unlike other reviewers, found no problem with cleanliness nor breakfast. Room was tiny. Bed fine. Did have to drag bags up 3 flight of stairs, but knew that. Perfectly fine for 5 days thereafter. Lucky weather was cool. The provided fan would not have done much.

This hotel is very conveniently located, just one minute from St Pancras/King's Cross. My single room had a decent size and looked nice, it was furnished in a sort of country style. The bathroom was fairly clean. I didn't try the breakfast, though. The room itself was not exactly clean, it had a little dust in some parts of it,... More

A low cost hotel in a good location, only a minute or two from Kings Cross station. The hotel is in good decorative order generally, unlike some cheaper hotels I have stayed at in London. My single room was compact, clean and nicely presented. There was a modern sink unit with a mirror above. The bed was quite narrow and... More

I have stayed here before and wanted to book again as the hotel is convenient for Euston and for where I was visiting plus I got a very good rate as I booked well in advance. Check-in was quick and efficient and I was in my room (201 at top of 2nd floor) within a few minutes. A single room... More

My wife and I stayed for a single night in late July. The Meridiana is a low cost hotel quite near King's Cross/St. Pancras. For £92 we got an en-suite room with a double bed on the bottom floor. The room was small but clean. The bed is a futon pad a few inches thick on a wooden slat frame.... More

This is not a very good hotel. The only things it has going for it are its location and price, which are big, but are the only things I'd give stars for. The rooms were very small, which though not totally their fault, they didn't help by cramming stuff in. The bathrooms were horrible. They seemed like they used to... More

We chose this hotel for its location near the St. Pancras station where we were scheduled to leave on the Eurostar to Paris. Also because of its reasonable price. The Underground station there offers five lines so it is very convenient to most of central London. We did not find the breakfast very good, but our main complaint is that... More

Me and son stayed here for one night and it served the purpose well . great location 2 minutes from kings cross. We were able to leave our bags while we were in London even on day we checked out which really helped. The breakfast was adequate considering it was included. So overall I would recommend this hotel for a... More

I stayed here for 2 nights after coming in from Belgium. I really like the King's Cross area and this hotel is right across the street and one block up. For the location the price is extremely reasonable, especially for a solo traveler in London. Very convenient for local trains, tube, and the Eurostar. I booked a single with shared... More
