Haven't stayed here for about 6 years and it's starting to show it's age a little. Staff were as friendly as ever and really helpful at times. Easy walk to Borough Market ( try Feng Sushi) and £17 in a black cab to The West End. I still think £15 for hotel wired Internet or £9 for slow Orange wifi...

Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, we felt like things were not a bother for them. The room was really nice and modern. Ideal location and reasonably priced with that in mind. Well located well designed business-during-the-week families-at-weekend hotel in a modern building, convenient for South Bank attractions, several stations (Tube and Network), and lots of main routes across river from Westminster to London Bridge.

My stay was fine. Rooms were clean - a little tight, but to be expected in London. My only complaint - no moisturizing cream!! Never stayed at a hotel that did not have it. Location of hotel was good for the Eye and Tate Modern. Would go back.

Stayed here in February and would definitely go back. Reasonably priced and in a good location for the London attractions. The rooms were immaculate, modern, comfortable and light. The bathroom had a bath and seperate shower cubicle. The toilet was tucked away near the entrance to the room.
