The hotel is very pleasant. The room I had was clean and more than adequate for my needs. Plentiful coffee and tea. The staff were friendly and helpful. The windows actually open allowing plenty of fresh air. Good value. Bed was comfortable. No problems with TV. Good location not far from Edgeware Road and Hyde Park. Bathroom adequate for me.

Room v small and hot. Shower room miniscule and mouldy! Beds horrible, tiny and lumpy. Reception deceptively clean, modern and welcoming, don't be fooled. Will NEVER return.

this hotel is a good option to stay cheap in London. But the rooms with the beds are very small and the tv did not function.

Rooms tiny and cramped. Bathroom minuscule. Mattresses lumpy and hard. We had to pad the bed with extra blankets so we could lie down. Not worth the money. Only good thing was the location. This should not be rated a 3 Star Hotel more like a one star. Would not recommend or go back. Makes our trust in easytobook dubious.
