The Gresham hotel in London was a perfect nights stay. Just what is needed, a small room with an ensuit which both were clean and tidy. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Cheap and perfect hotel would recommend.

Had a short stay here with my best friend. Very central for what we wanted to do. Rooms very basic and tv and hairdryer provided. Bathroom clean and beds comfy. Only downfall was the horrible canvass photo with white stains all over it hanging about our bed....

We stayed at the Gresham for 2 nights during a weekend stay. The main purpose of the visit was to see Lumiere London. The hotel was great for what we paid, the room was comfortable if a little on the small side, had all the facilities you need for a base. The location is great being just off the Edgeware... More

Great location, exactly behind British museum. 20 mins to train station. And bus station about 10m from lobby door. Bloomsbury is quiet location at night, which is good. We had no more choice to stay, all hotel are fully book on New Years. Tiny room and bathroom. Our room's view is backyard looks never been touched. They were cleaned our... More

The location is the best thing about this place. Near of Paddington Station and buses lines, i could easly go everywhere in London. A lot of restaurants and fast food stores nearby. The building is very old, but clean. The wi-fi is only available in the front desk, wich could be improved. The english breaksfast is 5 pounds and is... More

Plus points the hotel is in a great location to get around London. For the price and what we needed our room for which was literally somewhere to sleep we couldn't complain. Bad points...the hotel is small and tired as are the rooms. The bathroom was very cramped and needed a good clean. We found it strange that you have... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
