We stayed here for one night only (thankfully!) April 11th . The only good thing about the hotel was it's location one a 2 minute walk from paddington station but there are lots of other hotels in this location that I would recommend to try over this one . From the utterly rudest man on reception to the box size... More

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 1 night in March. We were getting the Eurostar to Paris early the next day and this hotel was ok for 1 night. I thought we had booked a double room, we ended up with twin beds. Bathroom was ok, tea and coffee in room was good. Woke up a few times in... More

Stayed for one night and glad it was one night only . Facilities are basic , good location but feels like a half way house hostel for down and outs . It was cheap which is the only upside so can't expect too much

Good choice if you don't want to spend lot of money, but want a comfortable and clean place! The problem is that there is no wifi in the room, but in the reception is good. There is no breakfast too. However, is a good choice for a cheap trip. I recommend

The rooms are very small. We were put in a box room right by the stairs. With people in and out to 4am. Shouting and swearing. This hotel is great if you are under 20. I certainly would not say this is a 3 star hotel. Mould around the shower doors. We did not have the breakfast so unable to... More

Was really worried after reading some of the reviews. The room (though small) was warm, clean and the bedding spotless. We were on the ground floor at the back and had no noise problems! Had the £5 breakfast both mornings, very good value for money. Would definitely use this hotel again.

You get what you pay for. My experience was that it was more of a hostel than a hotel. I stayed in a single room which was just adequate. The room faced onto the main street and the windows are single glazed and have not been replaced in many years, thus the room was noisy & there was a draft... More

Was expecting much worse after seeing the reviews on TripAdvisor, but wasn't bad at all. Checked in with the friendly woman on the front desk and stayed one night in a single room. Had a comfortable sleep in a clean bed. Room was a little small, but was in a good condition. Only downside was the window being very thin,... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
