Only stayed one night - we booked single rooms in the Sapphire but actually ended up staying in the Pearl & Emerald which are all linked hotels and a few doors down from the Sapphire. The single rooms are very small, but spotlessly clean and perfectly adequate for an overnight night. I was particularly impressed by the standard. The bed... More

Just 5 min walk away from either Goldhawk Road or Shepheards Bush (Westfield shopping centre) the hotels location is perfect. Also the busline 295 stops right outside. The breakfast is good with eggs and toast served from the friendly staff; yoghurt, croissants, cornflakes etc. from a small buffet. You do not leave with hunger but be prepared that you might... I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody. Size wise, I thought it was fine, but everything else about my stay was quite poor. The management/employees were rarely around and were not at all helpful. My first night I had to wait 2 hours for a fan, there was never an offer to help with luggage, and when I... More

While the website imagery may present an impression of a boutique-style offering, be aware that this hotel and others of its ilk run by the same people in the vicinity are converted houses or flats with tiny bedsit style rooms. Whilst this may be acceptable for the money paid, a better experience can be sought elsewhere. Reasonable efforts have been... More

Small, typical London room. 6 room B&B, not really a hotel, though I had room 50 in a 6 room place! Noisy rooms, dirty, small and average shower. Awful sleep, thin walls and noisy stairs and corridor, noisy fridge in room...... Tiny bathroom, broken wardrobe... not my thing. Breakfast, 6 doors down on the left in another hotel, find you... It caters for travellers who need just a room in a good location. First of all, the room I stayed came with breakfast but was served in different hotel, although it's like a 15 seconds walk only, but I could not enter and often, waited till come one get out then enter to have breakfast, really not make sense. The... More

Only stayed for one night and found this is be a great small hotel. Very comfortable bed and the room was more than large enough. Also don't worry if you stay in their sister property as although we booked the Sapphire we actually stayed in the Pearl, just a couple of doors down. Handy really as this is where breakfast... More

The sapphire is an exquisite boutique hotel in Shepherd's Bush, London. It is very close to both shepherd's bush tube and overground stations as well as Hammersmith tube station. Central London and all the main attractions are just minutes away. It is also very close to Westfield shopping center for all your shopping needs. Do hit up the nando's. The... More

I stayed for a total of 4 nights at the Sapphire Hotel. It was a great stay.. The room was clean, well organized, and comfortable. There was a morning breakfast available where you could request whatever you wanted. The manager and staff were very friendly and very accommodating. I had no problem asking them questions and they would always help... More
