We stayed at the Arriva last night for one night at £76. The location is absolutely ideal and the price lets you know what to expect. Our room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and suited our needs. The en suite was clean and had plenty of fresh towels. The staff were friendly and very helpful with giving... More

I passed there 4 nights from 21 to 25, of August 2014, the staff was ok, they advertise the hotel in a wrong way, they make you think that internet and other services are included int the price. When you get at the desk you realize the is not what you quote. We all agree that London is expensive. However... More

The room was very warm. When the window opened out it was a lot of noise. The room is small, but just enough to sleep. The bathroom is completely clean. 10 minutes walk from the British Museum. It is close to King's Cross station.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, back packers would turn their noses up. Dirty room, hotter than hell, noisy traffic, 'working' neighbours by the sounds of it. The shower was dribbling at best. Tiny and dirty. Dire is too good a word. Vastly overpriced for what could have doubled as a homeless shelter.

3 days stay in a TINY room for three people. The room was very noisy and it was extremely hot inside! The receptionists were kind, they avoided us to be charged for breakfast or for the last day luggage deposit, but it was the minimum after receiving such a treatment despite the reservation made several months in advance! The walls... More

It's not too bad to stay, if you're looking for just a place to sleep after sightseeing the city for two days. They offer breakfast for 2.50 pounds that seems for homeless. The room floor was dusty, I had to take several pills for alergy... the carpets maybe had months or years without cleaning. Too much car noise at night.... More

In my opinion this hotel was, by some distance, the worst I think I have ever stayed in and the company I used to book it with agreed a rate of £129 for a room with breakfast. Not sure what the other £100 was for. Room small, almost clean in places, bathroom tiny, carpet indescribable, no restaurant, makes the local... More

Scary place. My family wouldn't have forgiven me if I'd stayed here. I couldn't have slept a wink. Room small and very basic. Staff were scary. I had to leave and find somewhere else within minutes of being shown my room. Of course they wouldn't give me a refund. Shocked to think it was on late rooms. I know it... More
