Having read some of the reviews here I cannot understand some people's gripes with this place. It is a holiday flat, serviced from another location and very clearly explained in the booking process and the email I received a few days before. You collect the keys, pay the money, sign the forms, give your photo ID and credit card from... More

States 5 mins from St Pancras Station or Camden Town Underground on foot. Not so. Allow 12+ mins. Its only a couple of minutes from the pick-up point for keys though! Poorly managed. A 4ft matress on a 4'6" bed - so slats showing! No double duvet on the double bed - just 2 singles duvets... weird... No gas /... More

Spent 2 nights in these apartments! Was really good! Great location and spacious apartments! People say its not a hotel and its not, they do provide bedding/towels, but its a self catering apartment! Great value for money! Beds were comfy! Def stay again and would recommend!

This is not a hotel and not in a good area - terrible beds. no elevator. water bad. no one at entrance. take money much before you get there. really terrible experience! far from tube. far from anything. would never return.

It is clear by the description and title here: THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. It is clearly marked "specialty lodging" and "residence". I wasn't looking for a hotel and wanted a furnished flat so this was precisely what I was looking for. I stayed for 4 nights. As a flat rental I also did not expect the agency to provide... More

this is by far the worst hotel experience i have had in years.. this is not a hotel, there is no reception, there is not a person to receive when you arrive, i had to wait outside the apartment building for 30 min. the owner was extremely irresponsible and was not there when we showed up. the apartment itself had... I stayed at the st Pancras residence with 3 friends. The apartments are modern, clean, bright and spacious. The location was great, close to Camden Town but on a quiet street. The staff at the reception desk was really helpful (e.g. for early check in, changing billing address,...) and friendly. I give it only 4 out of 5 because the... More

We decided to stay at the St Pancras since we arrived in london by Eurostar and were only staying for one night, so we could walk out of the train into the hotel and the next day do the reverse. Upon arrival at St Pancras station it was not directly clear which way to go, but just look for the... More

Staying in Camden

Neighborhood Profile
Famous for its sprawling cluster of markets and shops as well as for an embrace of all things counter culture, Camden offers a concentrated version of London street life. From bargain shopping and people watching to rubbing elbows in its abundance of pubs and bars, Camden is the place to be for many a Londoner. It is also home to some of the hottest live music venues in Europe. As packed as Camden High Street and its tributaries can get during the weekends, this neighborhood is right next to some of the city's most beloved outdoor spaces, namely Regent's Park and Primrose Hill.
