We stayed here in a family room with our 2 children. On arrival we were met by friendly staff. The room was pleasant and clean. We stayed here December 2014 just before christmas as we wanted to take the kids to winter wonderland and to see the lights. It was so central as we were taking the kids on a... More

In 9 years i have been coming to Europe this is the smallest room i have ever squeezed into. Earlier in the week i stayed at the Premier inn for a couple of nights, literally 500mtrs up the road. It was £99 a night and of a very high plush standard with queen bed etc. Based on the reviews on... More

Very friendly comfortable place for short stay. Located opposite Kings Cross station and about 200 mts from Underground. very comfortable beds; linen and towels sparkling white and soft; rooms clean and staff friendly and efficient. Lounge bar and Happy Hour- just right when you arrive back after a day in London. well recommended place to stay - value for money.

A 3 minute walk (if that) from the tube station and a £17 taxi ride to Mayfair. This hotel was better than it looked in photos and the reviews made it out to be. The hotel was querky but also stylish, the staff were helpful and booked us taxis and gave us glasses and ice for our drinks. The room... More

An ideal location to Kings Cross station. All the staff were lovely and very helpful -- nothing as too much trouble so top marks for brilliant customer service. We arrived prior to our room being available so we left our luggage avoiding the inconvenience of carrying it round while sight seeing. When we returned we were advised there was a... More

Our stay was perfect: the hotel is clean, comfortable, with all the facilities close by, easy access to the all city and to all underground, in front of the tube station, perfect location, good breakfast, a good and helpful staff.

Stayed here for two nights at the beginning of August. Lovely hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms a little small but very clean. Decorated well, with really comfy beds. Breakfast has everything you need to start the day. The hotel bar prices not that expensive for a London hotel. All in all a good base for sightseeing as... More

A clean but basic hotel minutes from King's Cross/St Pancras. Reception staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are small. We asked for a bigger room than our previous visit and got one.......but still tiny. Bathroom a reasonable size with an impressive shower head over the bath. Couldn't manage more than a trickle of dangerously hot water so decided on a... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
