The hotel was located in a very convenient location just opposite King's Cross station (about 300m away) The family room for 4, although small, was cosy and clean, sufficient for our needs. The room seemed newly renovated as well. The service at the reception was good and staff were generally friendly. Breakfast at the hotel had a lack of variety... More

Was here on a Rail Trail journey from St Pancras by Eurostar and again on way home .WE were in two different rooms so saw two types . First thing I must say is I found staff very pleasant and helpful. If for instance you need help upstairs with luggage there was no problem with getting help .I must at... More

The hotel is a minute's walk from King's Cross St Pancras and really easy to locate. The staff was friendly. We arrived at 10AM and were able to stow our luggage in their luggage room until we got back later in the evening to check in. Our room was in the basement and it was a little bit of a... More

A great location at the junction of several tube lines at the London station for the Eurostar to Paris. Reserved for three nights. Somehow we missed that the hotel had no air conditioning. It was very hot. The only staircase was narrow and turned, making lugging bags upstairs very hard. The rooms are clean, but very small. The modern bathrooms... More

My friend booked this hotel because it advertised free wi-fi, but it was non-existent in his room. On a warm day in London his room was also unbearably hot -- and he was visiting from a tropical country!

Our room was on third floor. Wrangling the suitcases up a narrow stairway was no fun. Room was OK, but v hot on a summers night. Breakfast was rather ordinary. London is expensive, but for the price, you could do better elsewhere. WIFI was feeble or non existent on the third floor.

Room was quite basic but very clean; good hot shower in the morning and English and/or continental breakfast. Best thing though was hotel bar to finish the evening with a few beers after pubs had closed ;)

We stayed for one night. The hotel was right across from Kings Cross which made getting around a breeze. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, holding our bags for half a day while we waited for our train departure. The bar is very convenient, we seemed to be the only ones in there, but that was fine, it... More

Stopped for one night only in a double room. Good facilities and good value. Near to kings cross which was great location for us, but quite noisy. Would visit and stay again. The room was well appointed and not a bad size, bigger than some I have stopped in. Recently decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast adequate. Staff welcoming at reception.
