We needed somewhere in this area and everywhere was either booked up or extortionately overpriced ( a very busy weekend for London). So we stayed here for 1 night and 1 night was enough. We have stayed in hotels around London for only 3 to 10 pounds more but the standard of those hotels leaves this one in the shade.... More

I stayed in Kenthall hotel frm 24th to 29th Oct, 2013 and d experience was simply beautiful. Though not a 5 or 7 star hotel, in my opinion, it offers jst what any traveller wld want in a busy place like London. Quiet, neat, nice location. The staff are so warm and friendly and d breakfast was not bad at... More

This is a Budget hotel, good for the traveler on a budget, because London is an expensive city. It is almost next door (few blocks away) to the Manor House Tube Station on the Piccadilly line in Hackney. I believe there is also an overground Rail Station as well, and the buses are very frequent. Including night buses. It is... More

I stayed last summer with some of my university students. I find that as I plan another trip I am looking for the same type of hotel in other cities for the same money and finding nothing close. As others reviews note: rooms are clean, breakfast good, and staff helpful. Transport is close. The neighborhood is fabulous, too. Excellent low... More

This hotel is a good value for the budget conscious traveler to London which is a very expensive city. It is virtually next to the Manor House stop on the Piccadilly line in Hackney. One gets basically a room which is mostly filled with 2 beds, a closet, a small refrigerator, a TV and a bathroom which is standard for... More

The rooms are clean and tidy and management are stringent with this regularly. Staff are generally approachable and friendly. Management are positively approachable and flexible if there are issues that customers wish to highlight or discuss as points of concern. The premises offers effective security and does not tolerate unreasonable behaviour from patrons. There are parking facilities though limited. Location... More

Kent Hall Hotel is a cheap hotel, quite basic. If you need to be in that area, its ok for 1-2 nights. I would not like to spend too much time there, the rooms are quite small, but if you need just a place to spend the night at, it's ok. Furniture in the room was worn out, but the... More

Our family (couple with baby and toddler) stayed in Kent Hall hotel on a Saturday night to attend a party nearby. As a place to crash it was absolutely fine, though I wouldn't have wanted to while away many an evening there. The room was quite basic and smallish, but (with the exception of one padded chair) everything was clean... More

If you're only staying in London a short time and money is not really important, then Kent Hall might not be as suitable for your needs as a slightly more expensive bed-and-breakfast in Camden, but if you're staying for a while, and on a budget (say, a researcher like be, using the British Library), then Kent Hall has a lot... I would reccommend the Kent Hall Hotel for travelers on a budget who want something better than a hostel, but who don't want to pay for an expensive hotel. The rooms are basic and a little shabby, but everything was very clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was tasty and filling. For some Americans the neighborhood... More
