We had a family room in the basement in July. Very hot and stuffy with a tiny bathroom. it was very expensive for bed only. The staff were pleasant and we were able to leave our luggage after check out for a few hours. Will not return.

I choose the hotel because it has a good localization, (Paddington Station) and the reception desk`s photos are beautiful. But when I arrived there I noticed that the rooms are too smaller than the photo's room at the hotel's site, no place to put the bags. I enjoyed the hotel but there was one thing that it was not compatible... More

Wow this hotel is ridiculously horrible.. The rooms are so tiny as in really tiny.. smaller than my box room at home.. rooms are cold and dirty. To top it all off I asked reception for drinking water and they asked me to walk outside to the shop at 10pm. Would not recommend this hotel

Stayed here with 8 others for two nights during the NFL Wembley weekend. The hotel is to be easily found a short walking distance from Paddington tube station, & provides easy access to a busy, well serviced high street. Our group was supposed to have two twins, a double & a triple room, but there seemed to be some confusion... More

We selected this hotel based on the excellent Paddington Station locale and Sussex Garden address. The hotel and room were very clean and neat. Drawback was the extremely uncomfortable bed and pillows. They were very substandard. Made for an less than desirable nights sleep after a long day of touring. We reserved a triple but it was quite small and... More

We like to visit London whenever we can, this is the only hotel we would stay at if driving down. The main benefit of this hotel is the location and the car park, The breakfast is great value for money when booked in advance, its a buffets style with enough to choose from for everyone. The rooms are basic and... More

Had booked this hotel on 19th September for a twin bedded room. Arrived at 10am to let them know we had arrived and put our bags in luggage room. Had great day in London with friends and arrived back at hotel at approx. 10pm only to be told there was no room for us. It was overbooked. Was offered two... More

After staying in hostels for 6 weeks I was very excited to stay here even though I had read the reviews on trip advisor and they were not that good. I went in not expecting a lot. I was pleasantly surprised. Yes the rooms are small but have everything you need for a budget hotel. There is a lift which... More

The big plus of the hotel is that it is near Paddington Station. The negatives are that the rooms are very small, the staff is unfriendly, there is no air-conditioning in the rooms, the wifi is very expensive and it is very noise. It is one of those hotels that you have ticked of and will not make a booking... More
