Shared a quadruple room located on the second floor no lifts only access by stairs. Reception was professional and efficient the hotel owners dog lives in the hotel reception area. Breakfast was included simple but limited. The rooms and bathroom was small but enough space for four adults another thing was the room had dusty air on a few occasions... More

breakfast v poor. I arrived Saturday evening exhausted. I wanted to sleep but I could not because there was work men there drilling and doing building work. plus the bathroom was tiny and the steps of the room very narrow which proved very difficult when you have suit cases and no one offered to help. I had informed them I... More

Good value and convenient . Room too small for two. No lift. Had to carry suitcases up a narrow staircase. There was a holding area on the ground floor for luggage but not secure enough in my opinion.

The best I can say is that the hotel was convenient and cheap. We found the staff to be helpful and professional if not friendly. Otherwise, not so good an experience. The rooms were tiny, the noise from inside and out was unpleasant and the b'fast room tiny, crowed and hot. The tiny bath was clean but not the rest... More

staff were rude, bathroom toilet was dirty when i arrived and the shower drain did not drain the shower and it flooded into the rest of the bathroom! would not recommend. go to a hostel if you are looking for cheap rooms, or invest a little more money to get a better place. A massive rip off.

We spent two nights in a 2 twin bed room here in late April. It was very inexpensive and close to Kings Cross/St. Pancras. The breakfast each morning was perfectly adequate; staff professional and friendly; hotel clean. If you plan on spending much time in your room, this may not be the place for you as it's very minimal and... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Crestfield Hotel early April 2015. One main reason we stayed here is that it is in such close proximity to Kings Cross Station and St Pancras Station. Not even a 5 minute walk! If it is a luxury hotel you are after then the Crestfield is not it.. but if you are after... More

We had to cancel due to illness and eventual death of Mum,The hotel wouldnt offer a recompense despite a copy of the death certificate being sent. The hotel has a non-refundable policy. We booked through booking.com, who were excellent ..they offered a 15% goodwill gesture, which we accepted.Rather disgusted and bitter.

We recently stayed 3 nights in the Crestfield hotel in Kings Cross. We booked a small double which was in the basement. Positives: the wifi was excellent, the front desk is manned 24/7 and the staff are helpful and responsive. Breakfast is included and is basic but sufficient. Negatives: the room is tiny and ours had a view of a... More

We chose this hotel as it was walking distance from Euston Station. Room was adequate, comfy bed and all the usual things you get from a hotel these days (shower with toiletries, tv, hair dryer and tea/coffee facilities). A continental breakfast was provided (ham, boiled eggs, toast and cereals) and we did take advantage of this the first morning. However,... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
