You know what to expect from a Travelodge but having stayed in several of them I do find that they vary. Having spent two nights in Kew I came away thinking that this was one of the best I have stayed in - it was certainly a cut above the average. Our room was quite spacious and very clean and... More

We actually stopped using Travelodge about 6 months ago due to a very poor experience in Reading. However, a late booking and the lowest price lead us back to this hotel for connivance. I now wish I'd booked another hotel sooner when I had the chance. There was what appeared to be mildew engrained into the bed sheet, the room... More

Very happy to recommend Travelodge Kew Bridge. We stayed Mon-Fri, so got a rounded view and were impressed. Happy and helpful staff, good rooms ('refurbished' means a great improvement on former Travelodge standards) and a good location for getting about on public transport. And reasonably priced, considering all that. Would certainly stay there again, and look forward to it.

We've just spent 4 nights at this hotel and would recommend it to anybody wanting to stay on the outskirts of London. As we entered the hotel we were greeted by a young lady who was very welcoming and professional and booked us in swiftly. Not only was she very friendly but also very helpful when we enquired about getting... More

Stayed over a weekend. It is well located for a number of attractions. It does have a bar, which also serves a limited range of food; although both were rather expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful. WIFI was free for 30 minutes then £3 per day.

Functional, clean and well located for Richmond, Kew and Chiswick. But expensive for what it is. Travelodge is far less competitve on price than it used to be which brings more independents into play.

This was very poor. Their red/blue is so harsh. Nasty little plastic glasses for water. Not enough towels. Didn't find a phone to ring down. Really basic bathroom, foam soap in containers on walls, shower didn't work properly. Went down for breakfast 0845, tables not cleared, one lady on. Very very poor quality breakfast ingredients, in fact wouldn't have bothered... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. As we are a budget hotel, we do not offer telephones in our rooms or shower gel so we can pass this saving onto our customers by keeping our room rates low. We want our customers to enjoy their experience in our café so we are sorry to learn that... More

My sister had booked me in to stay for one night on Sunday 26th Oct at this travelodge on my own as she was having surgery in a nearby hospital and needed to stay overnight. Whilst she went down for her surgery I drove to the travelodge to check in and leave my bags. Her op was only due to... More

This is one of the newly renovated hotels, room was ok, except that the bin had not been emptied from previous guests, i reported this to reception and was promised it would be dealt with, but was not emptied. If you stay here try and get a room at the back as you get quite a bit of noise from... More

One of the best travelodges in our experience, clean, spacious and modern with nice views of the river and nice reception staff. The restaurant was only ok, but the hotel in general bright and airy, unlike some other travelodges we've stayed in! great location with beautiful Kew gardens nearby. eat at a local restaurant, use the hotel as a base....
