Travelodges in general are great Value for Money. This particular hotel is clean, tidy and welcoming with the new Travelodge rooms. The staff are pleasant and friendly. There is a good carpark which is good value for money. The hotel is next to the Thames and walking distance to Kew Bridge, the park and Kew gardens beyond. The only criticism... More

I regularly travel to this area and need a hotel night about once per month. For the first time, I found this hotel offering a reasonable price (I usually find it terribly overpriced for what it is) so booked in advance. My two grown-up children stayed here about a year ago and reported that it was very tired. I'm glad... More

Not being from the area, we found this travelodge relatively easily at 1.00am. We paid about £16.00 for parking for 2 nights and parked in the travelodge underground carpark. The staff can not be faulted; they were always really friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We used this as a base to visit Kew Gardens... More

As a family we have stayed here several times and were pleased to note the new decor in the rooms. The rooms were clean & large with a good shower & comfortable beds. The only issue we had was the receptionist could not find our booking as we had already been checked in in error earlier in the day. Other... More

A more modern travelodge where the stupid lighting round the bed has been replaced with proper bed side lights. King size, comfortable bed. The staff here were very friendly and obliging. Room tip. There are very few rooms which overlook the Thames. If you want a room with a view ask for one high up on the front. However, you... More

We have stayed here twice now and both rooms were clean and quiet. The first was on the 3rd Floor at the back and the second time was the 4th Floor (402) which was a very large room for a budget hotel and even had a small bath inthe bathroom. Didnt have breakfast there as over £6 per person but... More

We stayed at Travelodge Kew for two nights in April 2014. As a budget hotel we didn't expect any frills; and there weren't any. We were lucky enough to have a room with a view over the river which was excellent. That particular room was also next to the lifts which meant a certain amount of noise but nothing too... More

I stayed over at the Kew Travelodge over the weekend. All the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much. We had a clean room facing the Thames river side, which was lovely view. Good transport link to the city and local buses run frequently. I will definitely be back with my family.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, good bar/cafe, nice clean rooms. Pay to park 24hr car park lots of spaces, we use the hotel's underground car park, for extra security, it has cctv in it and a lift up to reception. For getting around, there is a bus stop right outside, lots of routes. We catch the 267 bus from outside... More

I booked this hotel for my parents who came over to visit from Germany for 3 nights at the end of March and I am writing this review on basis of what I saw at check-in and their reports. It was easy to get to the hotel from Heathrow (we took the Piccadilly Line to South Ealing and then the... More
