We booked this hotel because we were travelling down to London by car and we needed somewhere to park that was reasonably priced. It cost us £10 to park our car for 2 nights which I thing is pretty good. There is excellent public transport in London so you are never far away from a bus stop or train station... More

We had three nights here, 3 couples in 3 rooms, my comments are: I was very hot, everywhere except the Resturant, there was a fan in the room that worked well, but no air con. Temp outside was up to 32-deg C. So I presume its not always this hot. There was soap in the room when we arrived, but... More

20-minute walk from the National Archives (a couple of minutes by the 65 bus), this is very comfortable, great value for money and the area is a lovely part of London. The staff were helpful. The food is OK (a bit microwavish). Check out the Greyhound and the Botanist pub-restaurants at Kew Green.

We were working on a budget and looking for a base to sleep and from which to explore London. The location is handy for the tube and railway access to the city and surrounding areas. The walk from the stations can be a struggle with luggage. We'd booked 2 rooms; 1 family (1 x double 2 x singles) and a... More

Very expensive £123 for a room! They don't tell you about the free parking on the road. TV is not set up to view all channels or teletext. They even charge you for WiFi! Go over the bridge to the Cricketers it's free there also there is a sainsbury's local where you can get breakfast for half the cost. Very... More

Booked here for two nights to visit the National Archives which is about a 25-30 minute walk away, as is the nearest tube station Kew Gardens, which is a long walk with luggage. The hotel is next to a main road overlooking the Thames, about 10 minutes walk from Kew Bridge, in an area largely a building site due to... More

This should have been a five star review. The location is excellent, just down the road from Kew Gardens. A fan was in the room when we arrived. Good sized bathroom. 30 minutes free wifi per day in the room. All public areas were clean and well-maintained. It`s clean and fresh, underground parking, very helpful staff BUT they do not... More

Booked a one night stay whilst Hampton Court Flower Show was on. Twin room and 2 cooked breakfasts for £69.00 for the whole thing, car parking £5.00 for 24 hours, excellent value for all. Hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful from the reception team to the bar/cafe staff. Both the evening meal and the breakfast were very good, with... More
