The hotel is easy to find and opposite Kew Gardens, albeit on the other side of the Thames. It is a 10 minute walk to the entrance over Kew Bridge. I travelled by car and parked in the side road next to the hotel where parking is unrestricted and free. There is a CCTV camera in the street, so it... More

Booked 5 rooms for 2 days as staying for a family wedding in central London. Car parking at £5 for 24 hours very reasonable. Rooms excellent if very hot despite a fan being provided. Staff all excellent other hotels could take note of the customer service. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

If you need a hotel that is convenient to the centre of London you won't go far wrong with this one. Having stayed at some of the old styled Travelodge hotels I wasn't expecting too much. But how wrong I was. I'd prepaid for the parking so it really was a case of finding a spot and park up (choice... More

I originally intended to stay in a rival independent hotel that I'd used before, but their customer service let me down. However, all the staff I encountered at this hotel more than made up for my bad experience elsewhere. The hotel was clean, contained everything I required, and provided parking. It is located near to Kew Bridge train station which... More

Hotel is just across the river from Kew Gardens & 20 mins from Hampton Court. Easy access into London. Phoned Hotel before travel and asked for a room with view - thanks to TIBOR had room with view over Thames to Kew Palace rooftop. Excellent value

We stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding nearby and Travelodge did not let us down. Checking in was very pleasant and they also sorted out my disabled parking. The staff are polite and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was good but could have done with a slightly bigger variety to cater for vegetarians. The staff do go the... More

We recently stayed in Travel Lodge Kew Bridge in the UK for 3 nights and Travel Lodge Covent Garden for 2 nights in London. Great service, value for money. Excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and serviced every day with clean towels. We book Travel Lodges as they are great value for money for a family room. There were 2... More

Spent 3 nights here using it as a base for our mini break. The room was very comfortable and fresh towels were put out each day. I was a bit disappointed though that toiletries were not provided despite the dispensers for soap and bath/haircleanser. We had to ask for some at reception - basic facility lacking. Supplies of tea and... More

Stayed at this Travelodge as we were at a relatives birthday celebration in Chiswick. Before going to the hotel we spent a sunny afternoon in Kew gardens which was approx. 30 minutes walk away. The Travelodge is very cosmopolitan. Has a lovely restaurant and bar which is reasonably priced. Food was good and the morning buffet hot breakfast was well... More

I stayed here in July for the Kew The Music series of concerts at nearby Kew Gardens. As with the majority of Travelodges, you know what you're getting when you book a room here. Staff were efficient at check in and check out, and the room had all I needed for an overnight stay. For access to Kew Gardens, there... More
