We had a 2 night stay here in a family room. The room was quiet internally, no noisy neighbours!! The main bed was surprisingly comfortable. Room was hot but there was a fan. We were right next to the bus stop that went to Hammersmith, so mega convenient for central London shenanigans. We walked to Kew gardens with our 6... More

Stayed three nights in July on the way to South Africa and and two nights on the way back. Basic accommodation but good price and comfortable bed. Bus stop next to hotel and very convenient for Chiswick high street and loads of restaurants. Staff were excellent - friendly And helpful . Special thanks to young man from Mauritius. Will definitely use... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, 3 adults. Room was fine. The carpets on floor 1 were well stained and need a thorough cleaning or replacement. Not appealing when you step out of the lift. Had 1 breakfast which was Ok Mainly chose here because of the parking and the price as had booked a few months ago. Location is not ideal.... More

Convenient for Kew Gardens, Music museum & Steam & Water museum. Standard refurbished TL accommodation. Let down by strange cleaning procedure - contents of waste bin dumped down loo and awaiting our return after a day out. Duty manager had to fish out selection of contact lens cases. Staff training clearly needed - maybe a visit to the nearby Water... More

The Kew Travelodge has recently been refurbished, and id provided with a car park at a price of £5 per day, for many vehicles some of it underground. It has a restaurant, but if Travelodge food is not for you there are several restaurants within easy reach, and a coffee shop on the way to Kew Station only five minutes... More

We wanted an inexpensive hotel for a short notice couple of days in London. This has a good location for easy access by road, but not quite so good for rail into the city. Kew bridge overground while close by does not have manned ticket booths, so we didnt get the best value travel, my fault rather than the hotel.... More

The hotel has benefited from a refit and is a pleasant place to stay in a great location for Kew Gardens and the National Archives. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the hotel location quiet for London overnight so the road noise wasn't intrusive. The addition of a fan in the room was a nice touch.

A one night stay to visit Hampton Court and Kew Gardens. Excellent value for the night and a good breakfast for the additional £7.60. Room clean and comfy, good shower, basic but all one would need. Good location for Kew , just across the bridge. Parking is Pay and display however which is not highlighted. DO NOT park under the... More

Spent half an hour online and logged in, but failed to make a booking. "Declined" 3 times! Then made 4 phone calls, one was to a very rude man who "suggested" booking online, then to customer services who are not working today and finally booked online and had to pay a £2.50 booking fee for the privilege. When I asked... More

Position!!! Right across the road from the Thames where you can walk along the river near the houseboats, or just watch them from your window or see children playing, people exercising and picnicking on the lawn between the river and Travelodge. A few minutes stroll down the road to the Steam Museum and Music museum (or up the other way... More
