Needed a hotel near KX and Euston at a value rate. George Hotel fitted the bill and we were not disappointed. Great loction (near B Museum) with breakfast included. Updated room with shower for £90 for 3 people. Pleasant staff.

Well positioned hotel close to rail and tube links in a quiet position in an elegant crescent. We had a lovely room with a great view and very comfortable bed. Staff were all friendly and very helpful.

A no-frills hotel in Bloomsbury, no more than a 5 minute walk from Euston/Kings Cross and St Pancras Rail Stations. Russell Sq tube is 3 minutes away. The hotel is situated in a crescent overlooking small gardens. You are in easy walking distance of The British Library and British Museum with Covent Garden a 15 minute walk away. There are... More

Just 3 minutes walk from Russel street underground. Situated in a nice crescent. The room we had, 2 single beds were nice and clean with wifi. No elevator and we had a room with nobathroom. The bathroom outside in the corridor was nice but cold!!! breakfast nice and English. For the price good!

I booked this hotel for three nights with a friend. The bright spot is the unlimited full English breakfast which is very good. The beds were comfortable and the room was decent. We had two single beds. The biggest disappointment was the fact that the room didn't have a private bathroom. The site I booked on mentioned nothing about having... More

Lovely, clean hotel with friendly caring staff. Great Full English Breakfast and our room we stayed in was a triple room 1st floor which was great, the shower with the wet room was brilliant. It is located just a short walk from Euston, with lots of buses and tube stations around taking you into the centre of London. We will... More

Room: I was assigned a single room on the third floor. I soon discovered that there was no lift, so had to carry my suitcase up a few flights of stairs, which was the biggest disappointment for me. The room itself was a box room, with hardly any space to move, and had to resort to jumping over my suitcase.... More

Nice and decent hotel, situated fairly close to the King's Cross station, which makes getting around London pretty easy. We got a pretty good offer on the booking, and the hotel was exactly what we was looking for, and ensures that our London trip went according to plan. The hotel is nothing fancy, but is far from shabby.

Set on a pretty crescent of small hotels. Walk to the British museum. Great breakfast though busy mid morning. Room with shower only is great. Convenient tube stations at russel square and kings cross/st Pancras. Helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
