I requested a family room with a private bathroom as we are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The room size was small as I expected, but very dirty with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and grime on the walls and floor. The beds were terrible and consisted of a single box spring with no mattress. I had to... More

Dear Oaklahoma guests, We note, happily, that other family guests have reviewed us very positively indeed both on this site and on alternative sites - specifically on comfort, cleanliness, friendly willingness to help and in particular on price - for central London. We note therefore that opinions receive balance. we are therefore very sorry to read your comments and to... More

The room was way below my expectations. I feel like I am sleeping on a steel bed. I can feel the steel of the bed against my back. I was supposed to booked a room with ensuite, but there was no toilet, I need to use the public toilet outside, I am fine with this. The bathroom was terribly small... More

The owners and staff were all very helpful, kind and easy to talk to. We had 5 people traveling with us. My wife and I, 9 year old son, 17 year old daughter and my 67 year old mother who has some mobility issues. We wanted to stay near or in downtown but for 5 people we were looking at... More

Didn't look great from the outside - very tired - and wasn't great inside again. I don't expect much for what I paid, but bed was a bit basic and seemed to dip a lot in the middle. Wardrobes and drawers were all just about falling apart with doors at different angles. TV was perched on a chair with a... More

The accomodation is located just a corner around from the Earls Court-underground station, where you can get to the main attractions and every where else in a short time. Excellent! We had a family room for 4 adults, and if you want just a bed to sleep on, not to spend time at the hotel, and to have a shower,... More

The is a basic hotel that doesn't boast all the luxuries but delivers exactly what it talks about on the website, We had comfortable beds, an adequate breakfast and facilities to make packed lunches the night before. It was really useful to be able to store food in the fridge until morning and conveniently located just around the corner from... More

Our school has been staying at the Windsor House Hotel for more than 5 years. We go there every year for our school trips. The staff is very accomodating and the rooms are always clean. It is a homely and modest hotel especially suited for trips by younger people. If you don't like stairs or expect lots of luxuries this might... More

The room was clean and the shared bathrooms also. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen which was excellent and very convenient. There was free tea and coffee till late from the kitchen and you could cook anything you wanted and store food in the fridge. You could 24/7 serve yourself some tea and biscuits at the front desk. Staff... More

The family hotel is well located (300 metres from Earl’s Court Tube station, Zone 1) and the whole staff is very friendly. The rooms don’t offer luxury but are clean and fulfil their purpose, a good sleep. The rooms were cleaned daily. As we were traveling with two younger children the option to use of the kitchen during the day... More
