Disappointed with the 'Big Breakfast'...it just means boiled eggs!! Our room was very small and smelt damp. The showers were tiny cubicles. Would not recommend this hotel. There are many other Hotels to choose from on this street.

Checked in fairly late on night... Tried to make a go of it but it's a cr*p hole. Staff are friendly and everything is reasonably clean but it's better described as a tired, cramped hostel than a hotel. We left and went to Euston Premier Inn, instead... Ah, that's better.

I stayed at the WHH with my mother for three days/two nights. We knew it was a very basic accommodation so we didn't go there looking for or expecting any luxury thing. Although we didn't stay much in the hotel, we found the staff very friendly and especially the room very clean. Would return there!
