Booked this hotel at the last minute for a sudden business trip as limited availability in London that night. Paid £120 for the night, which was way over the top. Taxi driver laughed when I said where I was going. Negatives: Very dodgy area, generally shabby public areas, off hand staff and in room TV showing only Turkish/Arabic TV channels.... More

The service is definitely at the level of reliable 3tar hotel, staff is friendly and hospitable. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Bus stop is about 100m from the hotel and takes you to Oxford Circus in about 45 min. I definitely recommend it. More

I have to be honest and admit that I almost panicked and cancelled my booking after reading the reviews on here. I'm so glad I didn't. This was a clean hotel with cheap parking in London. It cost 5 pounds to park our hire car all afternoon, overnight and some of the morning (where everywhere else is 5 pounds per... More

Firstly, let me start with the good. When I complained about the terrible stay the next morning and refused to pay for the room, the lady at reception was very helpful and did not try to defend against it. It would not have been an easy job if she had tried! The other positive was that the bathroom in the... More

From the minute I saw the outside of this 'glamorous' hotel (which looks more like a kebab shop than anything else) I knew I'd made a terrible mistake. The whole place is grotty & dingy and just about everything in our room was broken (lights, heating, window). The room was freezing cold and although we were given a portable heater... More

After staying in a budget hotel on the M1 the previous night we were looking forward to our stay in the 'Classy, Compact, Comfortable' Pasha Hotel. As we have stayed with you before we were expecting the same standard of room as last time. My son booked this room for the two of us as a 'thank you'. When I... More

My friend and I experienced the two hour hamam experience, which included a Turkish Bath, full body scrub and chocolate mask, all of which were excellent! We were greeted with some Turkish tea by lovely staff who were very warm and welcoming. Just before we left, we we treated to more Turkish tea which was delicious. We have both booked... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night and what a mistake ! We chose pasha as the photos on the website look very luxurious and inviting, however, what a massive disappointment ! We took a taxi to the hotel and first impressions were not good. The hotel is squeezed in amongst shops and looked very strange, even the... More

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding our hotel. I am certainly disappointed that your stay was not all that it could have been. I would like to apologize on behalf of the hotel and its team for your stay. Our standard procedure in this event would be to offer an upgraded room immediately.... More

My partner and I visited the hotel for a turkish bath and a chocolate body mask, the treatments were great and the customer service from every member of staff was brilliant. I look forward to returning for future treatments. More
