From check in to check out the service was outstanding. Hotel is clean, our room was on the small side but adequate for our one night stay. We got bus to Trafalgar Square and it took 20 mins which was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved how breakfast was complementary and room was warm, free soap, tea and coffee. Generally clean but there was dust in the bed head, stains underneath the toilet lid, some stains on the bathroom door, spider crawling down while I was eating breakfast which was unlucky, bed was uncomfy lumpy spring mattress and kids were playing outside all early evening... When I say "cozy" I'm not referring to small. I mean cozy in the - homely, welcoming, safe, sheltered, secure, down-home - sense of the word. A little off the beaten path, this hotel is in a residential area, close to public transportation to the center of London (though for those looking for a sense of security, stick to the... More

Rooms were very clean, outstanding breakfast, very friendly receptionist always available to any request, cheaper compared to the other hotels in London. Near to the center easily Do you need anything else?

I have stayed in this hotel a few times now, it is 1 minute walk from Shadwell DLR station, from there it is 1 stop to Bank and then on the Northern line it is only 3 more stops to Kings Cross. The hotel has some very nice rooms and all have their own bathrooms, the service is good, the... More

The outside of the hotel may put you off due to it's tired look, but this is a clean and smart little hotel once you get inside. The room was excellent and very quiet and even had a little mini bar fridge with sensibly priced drinks and snacks. The room I stayed in had a newly fitted bathroom with an... More

Stayed there for one night. Very good location, good price. Easy to find, close to DLR Station; close to shops and places to eat. Very quiet residential area. The check in was quick, the room was ok, the only con was that the bed was taking a lot of space and to get to the warderobe you got really to... More

I stayed here for one night whilst on a business trip to the ExCel Exhibition Centre and although fairly basic I found it to be clean, modern and reasonably priced for London. With the Shadwell DLR station just around the corner it was a very convenient location for my needs. My single room was quite small but adequate for a... More

Hotel looks much better from inside than from outside. Good location as for ExCel exhibition visitor. Clean, warm and cozy, though room and bathroom are very small (with extremely small shower), a bit too small, but there's a small fridge, TV and kettle. Employees are very nice and helpful. Good food selection and quantity for breakfast. WiFi unfortunately didn't work... More

I was in London for a job interview last month and I found this small hotel. It's near the Aldgate subway station and for mw it was ok. I suggest this accomodation for every people that need to sleep well before start for their business.
