Stayed here for 3 nights. A 5 minute walk to marble arch makes it lovely. 24 hr porter makes it safe. Spectrum wifi worked in the room on the 5th floor. I would return if I got it a bit cheaper more

It is a most amazing apartment building.We were upgraded to an exclusive apartment on arrival. Very spacious. Excellent location. Close to the undergroung , bus stop and taxis keep passing by if you want one. Nice view of the Hyde Park. Has a lot of privacy if you are travelling alone or with a partner. Stayed at this place in november. Although it was our third time there... we were disappointed. Room 56 is in bad need of renovations.. double bed? Who has double beds anymore??? After reading the review of this establishment, I was very concerned. I wrote to the hotel prior to arriving to express my concerns. Worth the money, a little shabby and cramped but not bad at all. I went with my sister and we found it ideally placed for shopping, sight seeing etc. Better laundry facilities and bathroom would have been nice but we managed fine . Would definetly stay there again and would recommend it to anyone not needing luxury. Oh and yes, Victor is a bonus! more

Not sure why our experience was so different than others. In early June we reserved a two bedroom apartment. It was made clear in the confirmation that our reservation was for a "true" two bedroom and not two interconnecting one bedrooms.
