We had an average stay at Lidos, although we did appreciate the great location. With rooms the size of an average Canadian's toilet, we were initially surprised, but made do. What these rooms need in warm London summers are standing fans. I was actually sweating at one point, but managed to have a decent night's sleep when the temperature dropped... More

I paid over USD200 a night, for a room as big a closet and a bathroom so tiny it looked a lot as the one in the airplane. But it is London, and you know there are not many options unless you are willing to pay over USD300 a night!!. Having this in mind, I do think Lidos was a... More

We stayed in the Lidos Hotel with my two adult suns in July so we had a "family" suite with two double bed and one twin. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Unfortunately, our room was on the main floor facing the street and a bus stop was right outside our window along with a... More

I stayed here for a couple of nights in June 2014. My intention was to be close to "everything", and to see as much as possible of London for as little money as possible. So the fact that I have rated this hotel as "very good" is obviously based on my expectations for a budget hotel. The hotel is in... More

I stayed at the Lidos Hotel for 12 nights during my recent trip to London. The hotel is immaculate and modern--it's obvious that the staff devote considerable attention to making the hotel sparkle. I would also compliment the staff members on their courtesy and helpfulness--they were all great to me during my long stay at the hotel. The primary reason... More

Just returned home after spending two nights athis hotel with my sister and her partner. Very pleased with the accommodation it was very clean. We had breakfast which is continental and it consisted of fruit juices yogurts, croissants ordinary bread for toast cheese and sliced ham..there was tea and coffee. It was more than enough for our needs. The hotel... More

I booked for a business trip and got sick so could not travel anymore. I asked if I could move my reservation to when I feel better and an make my trip, but they rejected and charged me the FULL amount of the night. The Booking.com agent could not help neither. Would expect more flexibility in exceptional cases.

Just a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station, this is a great location for visiting London. The 24 bus stops in front of the hotel and offers a quick way around to many of the major sights. When we arrived, the staff gave me a quick overview of how to get around and were very willing to suggest local restaurants, one... More

I stayed in this hotel for two nights with my daughter. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Victoria Coach Station and the Victoria Palace Theatre and I wasn't disappointed - both were only 15 minutes walk away, as was Victoria Underground Station. Yes, the room was small but there was a small area to hang clothes and... More
