We were a group of four girls sharing a room. It was cheap and clean with a 24-hour reception. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was very small with limited space and limited options of food. Toast and cereal only. My friend ended up passing out (as she does every time she's in a small place... More

This hotel is a total dump. I had the misfortune to book this hotel through Late Rooms last week, for one night at a 'reduced cost' of £106.00 for a double en suite for one person. I was initally given a room in the basement (Room 1) next to the breakfast room and right beside the staff/emergency entrance. The room... More

The room I stayed in was utterly appalling. The 'en-suite' shower and toilet facilities looked like they had been ripped out of an old caravan and dumped in the corner of the room. The shower head was not attached to the wall leaving you with the fun of trying to shower whilst holding it. The toilet and cracked sink were... More

I paid about £25 for a night here, which is better than a lot of private rooms in hostels, and you do get what you pay for - don't go in expecting a lot, but it's a perfectly good hotel for a night or two. Breakfast is nothing fancy, but it's fine. If you're coeliac like me, there's only boiled... More

Room was tiny. Decor was filthy as if it hadn't been cleaner or painted for decades. There was a stale odour all around the hallways. In fairness, the bed linen was clean. Staff unhelpful. Had a dreadful night's sleep and could not wait to leave the next morning.

Stayed one night to allow us to watch our daughter run the London Marathon. We had two rooms, both were clean and comfortable, if a bit small. En-suite bathroom was very small, beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. My wife left a jumper in the room, and they rang us to let us know they had it. Had... More

Checked in to this hotel, and upon going to our room, we noticed it was not as appeared in pictures. Complete dump. Very cheap furniture/carpets, small rooms, stains on carpets, very bad odor in hallway, etc. We were already unhappy about the 25GBP per night parking fee we had to pay, plus the 10GBP wifi charge which we somehow missed... This was not a good experience for me or my family. Upon arrival we were informed that we had to make a reservation for parking which would be 25 pounds a day. We knew about the cost but the booking site we used specifically said we could not make a reservation for parking. Next, we were directed to a room... More

I booked a family room for four people for a weekend visit to London. The location was excellent, the staff friendly and courteous, however the room was far too small and almost impossible to move around. The double bed was very small with very thin pillows, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The curtains were hanging off the pole and... More

Me and my family lived at this hotell for 3 days. The room and bathroom was small, but it was clean. The staff was very nice and serviceminded. The location was excelent and we did not miss a thing. We lived at the 3. floor without elevator, but didn't mind the stairs. The narrow hallways and stairs and some creaking... More
