We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights, I booked this hotel with travelstay.com, they charged us GBP 146.50, when we arrived at the hotel the gentleman at the reception led us down to this very narrow room 009, "dont know how I manage to get my very small flight hand luggage down there, "if your size 16... more

Just went to London for the W/E – and booked the hotel via the net – suppose to be rated a 4 star hotel…. What an experience this hotel was. The rooms were small - and it seems that they have not been upgraded for the last 30 – 40 years. The wall paper was coming off – spider webs... more

We stayed for 1 night (thanks God!). We were attending a big Corporate Event in London. We booked an Executive double room. I was very surprised by being sent down to the basement. It was the hotest day of July. The room had no air conditioning (despite being advertised on the website) and the windows were locked, and if you... more

Having looked through some of the reviews here before we went, I wasn't sure what to expect. Yes, the rooms are small, but it's London! Our room was spotless, and the decor decidedly un-shabby. Didn't eat the hotel breakfast but you're surrounded by some very nice little cafes, which do a good takeaway or sit in breakfast, and the proximity... more

This has quite possibly got to be the worst hotel ever. Stained carpet, half size bathroom, dirty bedding, strange smells, unhelpful staff, this hotel has it all. DO NOT be fooled by pictures you may see on the website this hotel is nothing like that in real life. more

We made our reservations online through Orbitz. the site was describes WITH AIR CONDITIONING. This may not seem important to many, but when you are in the midst of HOT FLASHES, air conditioning takes on a new meaning. It clearly stated air conditioning in the description. When we arrived, the lift was out. No bagmen were employed and we were... more

Room was no bigger than my bathroom, could just manage to walk around the bed, slept with my feet on the wall at the end of the bed, temperature was approx 38celcius in room, only 16celcius outside. Had to lean over fan to do my hair in the mirror. Was woken at 5.30 from other guests banding on doors, and... more

I think having seen the awful reviews here I probably have you all to thank for being pleasently surpised with this hotel as I was expecting much worse. I paid £88 for one night stay in a deluxe double, but if you are expecting 4 star luxury for that price near central London you are almost bound to be disappointed.... more

I booked this hotel through lastminute.com as a birthday treat for my youngest sister, little did I know how much upset this was gonna cause me.Do not be fooled neither by the pictures on the website nor by the lovely looking exterior. As soon we entered the room we were welcomed by a horrible stink of smoke, then followed by worn out carpets,damp... more

After booking this hotel on [--] I had a look on trip advisor and my heart sunk, it sounded terrible and nothing like the 4* luxury pad I had hoped for. Expecting the worst me and my boyfriend went and were pleasantly surprised, our room was actually pretty good!! It was decorated to a high standard, as was the en-suite... more
