Stayed here for my sons Wedding in East London the hotel is clean and ok staff ok. The position of the hotel is poor we had to drag our bags through Westfield shopping centre which was very busy so pretty unpleasant. We booked it realising it was not next to Stratford International but the distance was too far to walk with... Excellent - We arrived late after going to a show but no problem with that as I had previously rung the hotel. Very welcoming even at 11 pm. Advised the room was a little warm as it was at the back of the hotel but gave us fruit juice/water and had already placed a fan in our room. As it... More

Stayed here on Sunday night whilst visiting the capital. We tend to stay in Travelodges as you know what you are getting. basic but clean and convenient. Upon checking in the staff were very friendly, we were up on the 5th floor and for May it was very hot and stuffy in the room. As the window didn't open very... More

I recently stayed at this hotel and was appalled by the customer service I received when I checked in. The guy on reception didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting to be checked in, he was awfully rude and he didn't even tell me where I needed to go to get the lift to my room and didnt even explain... We stayed for 3 nights for my husbands birthday. The rooms were a good size and nice and clean. The as much as you can eat breakfast was good. The hotel is situated in a 10 minute walking distance of Westfield Shopping Centre and Stratford International station. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff on both Check In, and Check Out. Room was clean and sufficiently equipped for the price. Don't opt for the breakfast though as it's awful, and don't stay on the higher floors during summer. On a May evening with temperatures around 8C I still had to sleep with the window open on the 10th floor... More

On arrival reception staff very helpful and we were able to pay to check in early. Room was basic but clean and I had a good night sleep. Really easy to get to the O2 on the tube from there. Breakfast however was dissapointing. I'm not sure if they were short staffed but it took ages to clean the tables... More

I spent a night and was given a very big room, clean and with a very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in the room , soap and shampoo dispensers are very handy. If you need a hair dryer you need to ask reception , no prob. Bfast is fine not too vastly sorted but just ok. You can eat 24/7... More

Good value for money hotel. Perfect if only for sleeping. Services was fast and correct and rooms were clean ! But, it is a bit far from the city center, you have to walk five to ten minutes to reach the metro of Stratford but it is way cheaper than an hotel in the city center for the same quality.
