A lovely welcoming hotel at very affordable prices. Excellent comfort and fabulous breakfast. Ideal for a stay in London. Would strongly recommend for family and the single traveller . Very quiet hotel which is ideal. Brilliant staff.

The hotel was good value for money and the staff were all helpful and friendly with the kids and we have enjoyed our overall stay. The hotel was also central and we could easily reach Stratford station in about 5 min walk.

Me and my partner booked the hotel as it is very close to Stratford station (around 7 min walking distance). Both bedroom and bathroom were super clean. We had breakfast included and it was very good comparing it with other hotels in London. To have access to the lifts you need the room key which makes the hotel very secure.

This hotel was booked for me. My previous experience of a Travel Lodge in Birmingham had left me fearing the worse! How wrong was I. The staff were polite and courteous and the room was immaculately clean with all facilities including adequate supplies of teas and coffees etc. The towels and bedding were spotless and the room was warm, spacious... Stayed in this hotel for one night on 8th March 2015. Got a family room with breakfast and early check in for £70. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choice and fresh. The hotel is situated very close to Stratford High St DLR station, and the... More

Stayed at the travel lodge on business as it was close to my meeting venue. As I arrived 9 police officers were in the process of arresting someone in the reception area. The staff member made no attempt to apologise or even explain what was happening, it was like it was normal practice. Quite scary actually. Went to the bar... More

We have stayed at this Travelodge in the past and always been impressed. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. Despite being on a main road, we have never had a problem with noise. It is a few minutes walk from Stratford station, Westfield Shopping Centre and the Olympic Park.

Stayed here last weekend as 2 families, chose the hotel simply for being (relatively) close to the Lea Valley Velodrome as we were going there to see the Revolution Series on the Saturday evening. The children's beds had mattresses similar to paving slabs! Guess these may have been acceptable for very small kids, but our 12 and 15 year olds... More

I stayed at the Travelodge as I was at a course at UEL so made for good price and location. The directions from train station were not good, I jumped in a taxi only to be tutted at as he had to "go the long way" and I could walk it! Once I realised how close it was it was... More
