We have stayed at this Travelodge in the past and always been impressed. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. Despite being on a main road, we have never had a problem with noise. It is a few minutes walk from Stratford station, Westfield Shopping Centre and the Olympic Park.

Stayed here last weekend as 2 families, chose the hotel simply for being (relatively) close to the Lea Valley Velodrome as we were going there to see the Revolution Series on the Saturday evening. The children's beds had mattresses similar to paving slabs! Guess these may have been acceptable for very small kids, but our 12 and 15 year olds... More

I stayed at the Travelodge as I was at a course at UEL so made for good price and location. The directions from train station were not good, I jumped in a taxi only to be tutted at as he had to "go the long way" and I could walk it! Once I realised how close it was it was... More

Myself and partner along with our little boy stayed here for Valentines weekend. The price was fantastic and the staff were just so helpful, the waiter played with our little boy at breakfast time and got him colouring pens and paper to keep him occupied. Our little boy was poorly the second night and the staff helped us locate a... More

The room was nice and clean with good comfortable bed, only 30 min free wi-fi though. The restaurant was like a works canteen crossed with a gold fish bowl, bus stop and people looking in at you while you are eating. The food was not good, I had the garlic mushroom starter which was tasty but the bread had been... More

Did not have any problems, the room was clean and confortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel was a bit far from central london (20+ minutes) it did not bother us. Only problem was the wi-fi, only 30 min a day.

I booked a Family Room here for an overnight stay during the half-term holiday to accommodate 1 adult and 3 x 14-yr olds. Even with a double bed and 2 singles the room was OK for size and it was clean and fresh. The bathroom is quite small but absolutely OK with a shower over a bath. It's only a... More

Clean, comfortable, with polite and helpful staff. Slept perfectly despite being on the main road. Couldn't hear a thing! A decent price too for a London hotel and in a good location to explore London. Nice one Travelodge! Get yourself a visitor Oyster card if coming to visit. They are so handy.

A very basic overpriced room due to the kids half term. Couldn't have a nice hot bath as the water wasn't hot enough. Room was clean. Checking in the two members of staff were having an argument about a previous guest so we were left waiting while they finished their "discussion "

Stayed 3 nights on the first floor room was clean but you could not open the window and was frosted so no view. Woke up by the binmen at 6am every morning. Location was good as near Westfield shopping centre and good transport links would stay again but would ask for a room on a higher floor.
