Pros: The location is excellent, 5 minutes' walk fro Paddington Station. The room is a little on the small side but comfortable for one person--bigger than I thought it would be for the price. It was immaculately clean, which was welcome. Free wifi was nice. I found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great value. Cons:... More

Whilst very reasonably priced, rooms are very compact. Ok for just one night at most the bathrooms are ridiculously tiny and I mean tiny! Added to that when I stayed on Wednesday of this week there was no hot water in the morning this quite possibly made it the worst hotel experience I have had in recent times. Plus point... More

I will use this hotel again for sure, quite area, clean room and toilet, close to the station and the Hyde park, nice different restaurants near by. But the only negative thing is you can not book on arrival, so you have to book through one of the online booking web sites.

We Traveled to London to go to the natural history and the since museums. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Lovely staff (even let us check in an hour early as our room was ready). Room was basic but had everything we needed. (tea/coffee in room, hair dryer and private bathroom) for only £54 for 2 people b&b on... More

Stayed here for 1 night end November with two young children,9&7. Family room was downstairs near breakfast room. Decent size, clean crisp bedding, carpet looked well cleaned too. Tiny bathroom with shower but that was OK. Massive key fob, or curtain tassle! But just left key at reception when went out. Very close to Lancaster gate tube, could hear when... More

I travelled to London with my boyfriend in December for one week and we stayed at the Craven Hotel. This hotel is at a walking distance of 3 minutes to the Kensington Gardens, 5 minutes to the Lancaster underground station and 8 minutes to the Paddington underground station. There are some caffees and restaurants like Illy, KFC, Burger King and... More

The worst Hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was so small, 2 of us couldnt stand up in room together., 1 of us had to go in shower to allow other to get changed. The breakfast was cold. Never again. TV didnt work. was promised an engineer but he never arrived

This place ain't great, especially for the money they charge. £100 + for this place is shocking. As soon as you get your room key which appears to be attached to a very large piece of rope you realise that this isn't quite right. It's allowed me to develop a new rule when using hotels - never stay anywhere that... More
