I stayed two nights on business, very little use of the hotel. It is clean and very well located. The Indian restaurante attached is not as good as it looks and there are far better eateries a few blocks away up Gloucester Road towards Hyde Park. WIfi is free and works well, bathrooms small, and only soap - no shampoo!... More

Lovely hotel, and the most helpful staff. My single room was great and quiet. I had a basin and a flat screen tv, fridge, hair dryer, safe and it was neat and clean. The bathroom was not faraway and again it was in good decorative order. I think there was one other person sharing it with me. I never had... More

The lobby is garish, the lift tiny and noisy, and the desk staff charged us our entire stay a few days before we arrived... Our rooms were small but pleasant, with a friendly and thorough cleaning staff on hand. They provided only hand soap, and 3 well worn towels, and make you leave your key every time you leave, presumably... More

Hotel is situated very close (less than 5 minute walk) to the Gloucester Road Tube which is handy when you are carrying suitcases. It was also very handy for the Royal Albert Hall. The staff were very helpful and friendly.I shared a triple room with 2 friends, whilst the room was a little on the small size the beds were... More

Stayed 1 night at the Montana Sat 28th May - booked a room with shared facilities at a good price for London . I was attending a event at the Royal Albert Hall. The room on the 3rd floor was rather small but with toilet and wash facilities which i found the room to be very clean with the usual... More

We were very surprised about what happened. We booked two deluxe double rooms about three weeks in advance. We arrived at the hotel before check in time and were told by reception that we could leave the luggage there and go do our tour. In the after noon, we called the hotel just to affirm that we will be coming... More

We had quite a stay at this hotel for 2 weeks and must say that the location is fantastic. Either by tube or bus commuting was no issue. Special thanks to Auggie Pereira, Chris and Peter of the front office for being so accommodating and friendly. I was with a kid of 5 Years and found the place to be... More

Let's start with the location. You can see the hotel from the Gloucester tube station. Pretty important when you have been out for hours and hours and just need to get home. A two minute walk and you are home. Two large convenience stores close by- Sainsbury and Waitrose. Surrounded by restaurant, cafe, and pub choices. The hotel-boutique with a total... More

The hotel is very close to the Gloucester Road Tube Station on the Piccadilly Line which make for a very easy commute to the city center and Heathrow. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was not large but very comfortable with a small bathroom where the water pressure in the tub could have been a bit stronger, however... More
