Excellent stuff, Especially Mr. Elvis Rulach who made our stay wonderful!! The hotel is in a very good area ,in South Kensington, close to the underground, shops and restaurants. In walking distance to Kensington High Street, Hyde Park, The V & A Museum. and Natural History Museum.

The hotel was included in a package deal to London, thus not our own choice. We liked the neighbourhood and the location, almost in front of Gloucester road underground station. We arrived before 12 pm and the room was immediately accessible, so there was no need to interrupt our sightseeing on the first day. There is an excellent Indian restaurant... More

This hotel is almost a back packer type accommodation. Street noise is a problem if you are on the lower ground floor. Although breakfast is offered it does not offer good nourishment. English breakfast can be ordered but takes time and is an additional cost. Room rates very day to day

Stayed for three nights in May/June 2014. Was first put in a four bed room in the basement, but complained and got a three bed room on the second floor. Would not recommend basement rooms due to the restaurant attached to the hotel and the fact that I saw a small mouse just outside the window of the basement room... More

Stayed overnight in this hotel situated a short walk from Kings Cross. Basement ensure room. Clean, well presented with friendly and helpful staff. Room was a bit small but fine for an overnight stay. Most guests were young polite foreign students. Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful. Wifi free. We paid £90. Parking free from 13.30 Saturday afternoon and all... More

We had previously stayed at this hotel in Sept and Oct 2013 and it was our pleasure to return in July and August 2014. This is a comfortable boutique hotel in South Kensington close to all amenities. Within walking distance to Kensington High Street, Hyde Park, The V & A Museum. and Natural History Museum and Harrods to name a... More

Excellent location for museums, the tube, bus service. Elvis, the night manager was very, very helpful and courteous and seemed to go out of his way at times to help. Peter, the bartender/waiter was very jovial and friendly. We loved both of these men! The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The toilet handle needs some adjusting... More

We loved the location in Kensington. We spent 5 nights and loved every one. The staff was most helpful. When we checked in, our luggage was in our room before the check in process was done. Less than 1 block from Tube Station. Nice Indian Restaurant next door with great food.. Room included breakfast which was small but nice. Elvis... More

The hotel has a good location and is clean. The reception staff however was entirely inhospitable and unfriendly, which made one feel entirely unwelcome from the first moment of entering the hotel. Some of our party were put up in a hot room in the basement which was different from the one that was booked. With no scruples, the reception... More
