Reviewers who can this hotel are not taking into account the value of this hotel. If you want to pay double the price then you will get a better room and better facilities but at sub 100 pounds in the middle of London with a small, but functional, private bathroom this is good value. The service was good, the room... More

Room was clean and bathroom was a good size. In a good location and staff were friendly. Wifi never worked and isn't free. Breakfast was stale bread. The bed was comfortable. The only other negative was we were awoken every morning listening to the people above us walking around cause the floor boards were old.

Budget hotel, small rooms but good comfy bed and shower good albeit small. Great breakfast . Family run hotel with good service. Ideal place to be based if leaving on eurostar and have heavy bags as very near to St Pancras

We needed a B&B which was close to Euston station. We stayed one night at the Apollo and were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were very clean and well furnished. The ensuite shower room was as good as any I have found in similarly priced accommodation in London. English Breakfast was as expected and was very satisfying. I would definitely stay here... More

The Appollo is what it is and depends on what sort of experience you are looking for. For us, it was great value, very close to everywhere we wanted to be, owners/staff very friendly, rooms clean and the breakfast was fantastic which included cereals, a selection of pastries, fruit, tea/coffee a full english and toast served by the lovely breakfast... Apollo is in the row of a lot of hotels close to St Pancras station. They are a block away from the station so you won't really be bothered by the traffic on the busy road in front of the station. I had a twin en suite (nr 7) which is small but ok for a short trip (in my... More

2nd attempt at this... we were booked into the Apollo on Friday 5th April for 3 nights - booking made by email and then confirmed twice by phone a month before travel (including the late arrival). Turned up at the hotel after 325 mile train journey arriving at 11pm. We were informed by the receptionist that someone else had taken... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
