Our stay in the hotel was comfortable, hot breakfast was delicious. The staff was also helpful. The location is excellent with Paddington station being very close.. Only one complaint- wish there was a lift!

Hotel was exactly two blocks from Paddington Station, 1 block from the big bus hop on hop off and all bus lines. Excellent restaurants around - loved it. Now the triple room on the 4th floor is small but good BUT the stairs are a killer, the hotel has no lift so its only stairs and that was a challenge... More

Given its location and the size of this hotel, it should be a jewel! It is very close to the Paddington station which is a busy hub for all kinds of transportation in London and the streets surrounding it have a very rich variety of food, literally from the four corners of the world. The receptionist was nice and the... More

I have sleep here with some friend for one night, the hotel is cheap, but offer all what you want for a short trip in Londo. The breakfast is good, with a lot for all. A good selection of sweet and salt, coffe, scramble eggs and milk.

Very good location and friendly staff. Was there on business and was right next to Paddington station. Would recommend it for a quick stay. Small rooms but very convenient in fairness. Clean and tidy.

We are a family of four (kids 6 and 9) and wanted a family room to crash for a night in London so we could see a show without travelling back to Windsor afterwards. We picked this place because of its location near Paddington. I think we paid 155 pounds for then night which we thought was a bit much... More

After searching trip advisor for an overnight stay in London we booked the Piccolino. It was perfect for us as the staff were very friendly, the location was exactly right as we were in London for the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park and the room was clean and warm. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice and... More

Even i get tiny room with single bed for two guys, it's not the worse. I get bitten by bed bugs. Also, im asthmatic and after complains about the room i was moved to 5th floor. Management in that hotel is dramatic. However staff is really positive. Food wasn't bad, but as a Polish i'm not get used to not... More

Originally booked into the classic Hyde park but for some reason was taken to this hotel. No explanation but just taken over by guy on reception. Was given a twin room on top floor, asked for twin so this was okay, room was fine, a bit bit shabby sheet I guess. Furniture was all in good order with none broken.... More

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. We were given a room in the basement which was very clean, a nice double bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom. Not the biggest room, but it's fine. The only thing that was kind of tiny was the space between the toilet and the washbasin. We were lucky we are realatively in... More
