My friend and I stayed in a twin room for 2 nights whilst visiting London for a show. Our room was small but adequate. Could not fault the cleanliness of the sheets and the room in general, however the black patches of damp on the wall were an eyesore and obviously need attending to. The staff were very friendly and... More

I'm not sure who owns the place but it needs a bit of a professional injection . We pay in South African terms for a 5 star hotel , but this place won't make the 2 star rating. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Their policy is also to take your money straight from your credit card booking when... More

We chose this hotel for the last leg of our visit to the UK. It was super convenient to Paddington Station, just a five minute walk on one street. It is also just a minute away from a lovely park and a few great pubs and restaurants. Be aware, there are no elevators and the stairs are quite narrow. The... More

This for myself and business colleague was a well located and reasonably priced hotel. Now we were up in No.15 which was up several flights of narrow stairs which would not probably suit someone who is not in the best of fitness, I am reasonably active and I needed to take a breather when I finally got there, my colleague,... I chose this hotel for an overnight stay close to an event I was attending last night (13 October). Extremely convenient for Paddington Station and attracted by the images on Booking.com, I was bitterly disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. I cannot fault the staff; very friendly and helpful. However the twin room I was allocated left a lot... More

We bookd a family room, with two children (firt time fying travle) relying on the pictures and ratings on booking.com, although the room was a regular room stuffed with beds and there was no way to put an extra bed as advised on the website, a "closet" bathroom dirty and disgusting with no room for taking care of children while... The hotel is located very close to the underground and buses so it is easy to access areas when wanting to go out. The hotel staff are very friendly and the continental breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of food. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable! Highly recommended :) loads of tea and coffee... More

This hotel is perfect if you want to discover London. Near to the Paddington Station and Marble Arch you can reach any point of the city very easily. Staff is very helpful and the bathroom was spotless. Only little niggles that the wardrobe and the chest of drawers were very dusty but everything else was fine.

Our stay in the hotel was comfortable, hot breakfast was delicious. The staff was also helpful. The location is excellent with Paddington station being very close.. Only one complaint- wish there was a lift!

Hotel was exactly two blocks from Paddington Station, 1 block from the big bus hop on hop off and all bus lines. Excellent restaurants around - loved it. Now the triple room on the 4th floor is small but good BUT the stairs are a killer, the hotel has no lift so its only stairs and that was a challenge... More
