We stayed here recently. Room was clean however the bedding wasn't and staff were quite rude when I asked if it could be changed. Breakfast was just strange. Windows that thin you can hear everything and don't get a lot of sleep. Overall average due to the location. Wouldn't stay again.

My mum, dad and I stayed in this hotel on 15/1/16 - 17/1/16. Very good location especially if you want to be near Paddington tube station. Good price, pretty cheap. Breakfast is good, a variety of cereals, cakes and toast. Rooms are quite cold however the hotel do supply portable radiators. Rooms could do with a bit of updating and... More

The location of the hotel is great, about a 3 minute walk to Paddington tube station. The room was clean but had a broken drawer which didn't look great. The bathroom was clean and the shower was fine. We had a room for three of us, both nights we had really disturbed sleep as it sounded like someone was moving... More

Tiny rooms! Tiny stairs! Tiny bathrooms. Typical of central london budget accommodation. But staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast selection is mind-blowing. Extremely great location. 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station. But its rather expensive - we didn't feel it was value for money.

The location is great, but nothing else justified the £110 a night we paid - I would not advice paying more than £40-50 for this. It is a very, surprisingly small, family owned hotel in a narrow building with few rooms. The rooms have some old charm to them, which also meant a squeaky bed and unisolated windows. The bathroom... This location is amazing - next to the park and easy tube access. Very clean, old style London Towne living. Nothing fancy but great value for a family (so difficult to find rooms for more than two in the UK!) It was a hot summer but we had a great breeze from our window, and a fan in the room.... More

Rooms good with a TV ((although it has A LOT of adult channels- don't let your kids loose with it!)) with more than enough storage space - a wardrobe and drawers etc. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The shower is a bit complicated to work out but once you know it you can use it. Everything... More

Great location and the staff was indeed very nice and helpful, however I have stayed in better hotels of the same category for about the same price, and in the same location, so maybe that was why I didn’t like my staying very much. Our room was on the 5th floor with no elevator! The bathroom was tiny. A big... More

Stayed here to allow us to go to a concert in Hyde Park. more than ideal location! Hotel is a little tired, but very very clean. Breakfast is a little quirky, no full english here! but more than adequate. Staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Bed was comfy ensuring a good nights sleep. Would I stay here again? YES
