We had just come back from a backpacking trip in Thailand and had been through a 12hour flight so we were exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. We had to stay in London one night before traveling to visit family from Paddington station so we decided to stay near the station. Living in London we knew how... More

We came in this hotel instead of their 'sister hotel' Rhodes Hotel'...and we have to say that it was all a great surprise!! the location is about 2 minutes walk from paddington station so very good!! Although there isn't a lift the receptionist immediately offered to get us the luggage himself...and he immediately did! The room is a bit small... More

The first shock is when you get there and you are asked to pay at once for the entire stay and they charge you with 3/% if you pay by credit card and of course there is no such condition in their web page. The room tiny you could here everything from the next room. Very poor breakfast served in the... More

On my first stay i was given room 8, a twin room with high ceilings and a large window and on my second stay was given room 5, again a twin with a lower ceiling and... More

This hotel is a joke...stay away. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and not once did the housekeeping service change our sheets or clean the room. The towels had gaping holes in them and were stained. Talking of stains, the 'white' bedsheets were pretty colourful with stains too. We had a free breakfast with our booking. I guess... More

Me and my spouse booked Piccolino Hotel after being recommended from a friend. Our expectations were not too high as we had read some mixed reviews, however, most were positive. With a slight apprehension I called up the place and booked for 3 nights. checked in the next day in the evening and was met with a very warm welcome... More

We booked the hotel for new year with friends, we got there, there was room for our friends but not us, even though we had booked in february. We were split and 2 of us got sent to their 'sister' hotel, 5 minutes walk away!!! so a break with our friends was not exactly that! It was the hyde park... More

We checked into this hotel and after carrying our luggage up three flights of stairs to our room were extremely disappointed! The carpet on the stairs was VERY dirty along with the walls and trim around the doors. The room was very small! After talking to the manager we were told we would be charged one nights lodging if we... More

This hotel is good quality, especially for the price... and it's in a fantastic location. Close to two Metro stations - one being Paddington which has an express train connection to the airport. If you're up for a 30-40 minute walk, you can get to Buckingham Palace easily. Our room, although small, was more than adequate with a large wardrobe,... More

The hotel is well located within easy walking distance of Paddington Station and Hyde Park. It is pretty good value for money considering the location. Our room was on the top floor but the hotel staff were very helpful in assisting us with carrying our bags up. They were also very accommodating in allowing us to leave our bags at... More
