Stayed with my teenage grandson for 1 night. We were in room 3 which was of adequate space, plenty of tea/coffee/milk, hairdryer, safe, extra pillows etc- small bathroom but spotlessly clean and nice towels, shower and toiletries. Wonderful staff, pleasant breakfast. Very close to Pimlico station and within walking distance of Victoria and Buckingham Palace. Would stay again More

We had a great 6 night stay at The Luna & Simone. The hotel is clean & near the Pimlico & Victoria stations. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great, too! The only draw back is the lack of an elevator. But, that is only a small issue when checking in & out. I would definately recommend staying here... More

I found this gem from the Rick Steves "Pocket London" book. I knew what to expect since European hotel rooms are generally smaller than American hotel rooms. This hotel excelled in all areas. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Since we arrived on a bank holiday, not everything was open. We asked Mark for suggestions for lunch and he made a... More

My husband and I recently stayed here on the recommendation of Rick Steves (a USA travel advisor). Though small, it was very clean and quiet. The front desk people were friendly. The 24 hour bus stops right outside the door, extremely convenient. Breakfast was limited but adequate, the service was great. More

When I go to London I like to spend my money "outside" my hotel room. There's plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and cultural events to spend money intelligently. That's why, as far as accommodation is concerned, what I care are just 2 things: 1) Absolute cleanliness and hygiene 2) Good Location, not to spend money on 2-3 zones travelcards And... More

London is an expensive city and therefore despite the stiff price this has to be considered a budget place. Taking this into account, it is a very good option. Staff is friendly, rooms are small but clean, beds are good and location is excellent. Breakfast is so-so, but hey, this is England. If you don't mind the many steps (no... More

Our family visited London for the fist time on Thanksgiving 2011. After researching hotels on travel sites, I finally narrowed it down to two hotels near Victoria Station/Buckingham Palace. Luna & Simone Hotel offered the best value; it is within waking distance to Victoria Station and the Buckingham Palace. The rooms are clean and comfortable (I booked two separate rooms... More

We stayed here for four nights at the end of March. We selected this small hotel from a list of recommendations in Rick Steves' London 2012 book. It was everything he depicted in the book. Small room which has been upgraded to having an on-suite shower and toilet. Armoire with a safe that is big enough to hold your iPad.... More

Stayed here for two nights and loved it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and met my expectations completely. It is easy to find and you can get to it easily from either the Pimlico or Victoria station tube stops. I will definitely stay here again. More

Stayed here last year with my two teenage daughters and will be returning again this year. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to not have to spend a fortune on London hotel rates. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are so helpful and go out of their way to help you with anything you need. The hotel... More
