This was my second booking at the Luna Simone. The hotel is in a good location for getting around the city. The 24 bus stops in front and Victoria station is a short walk. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Average size for a London hotel. Breakfast is of good quality and nice to... More

This was our second stay at Luna and Simone and we were not disappointed. Like our previous stay the defining factor of Luna and Simone are the owners and the staff. One could not ask for friendlier and more accommodating people. After flying from Toronto to London on a flight with noisy passengers and little sleep the staff did everything... More

The Luna Simone Hotel is a well-priced, family friendly hotel on Belgrave Road. It is very clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are compact but comfortable. Breakfasts are tasty and portions are generous and the breakfast menu has something for everyone. The location is ideal if you prefer travel by tube and/or bus. The No.... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights in November of 2014. It's in a great location walking distance from Victoria Station. It's closed to shops, restaurants and pubs and a great starting point for a day of sight seeing. The rooms are small but lovely and clean as is the bathroom. Breakfast was a cut above. The two... We were also here in 2007 and now have had our second great stay with these two brothers. It is small, as all downtown london hotel rooms are but these have lovely bathrooms and fixtures, very friendly staff and a great breakfast! You will feel at home at the Luna Simone. It is also very close to all the museums... More

Great hotel. Covers all the basics. Friendly staff and clean. The breakfasts were a wonderful start to the day. I thought our room at the front of the hotel was a bit loud due to the busy street, but I am a light sleeper. We also stayed in a room at the rear of the building and it was much... More

We chose this hotel based on all the rave reviews on Tripadvisor and the location. Since our flights were from Luton, I wanted a hotel not too far from Victoria coach station. Location-wise, this hotel is very conveniently located. It is a 10 minute walk from Victoria Coach station and Victoria Train Station and 5 minute walk from Pimlico Station.... More

It was the second time I stayed at this family-run hotel in just one year... It is situated in the very heart of London, near Victoria Station and well linked to the city centre by bus as well as by underground. Furthermore the accommodation is quite good and you have a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. Shops and places... More

The hotel has a very central location 10 minutes walking from Westminster Cathedral and about 1 hour away from Heathrow airport (5 minutes from the closest subway station). Staff was very friendly and breakfast is included in the price of the room (from 7:00 am to 9:00 am). Wi-fi reception is excelent. Not having a lift is the only downside... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
