This was a return visit for us as 5 years ago we stayed here for 3 nights also. Location is convenient to so many of the sites as well as Victoria Station and the underground. The neighbourhood is clean and attractive. Our room was a reasonable size, clean and nicely decorated. The ensuite was modern and the shower worked a... More

Stayed here for a few days at end of may for a city break to tour the capitals attractions. The room we had was cleaned each day and was spotless. The wifi was very good and worked all the time with no problems or drop down issues. Breakfast each morning was nice ,although a choice of sausages instead of having... More

Stayed for a week last month. Love the location. About a ten plus minute walk to Victoria station in one direction and five plus to Pimlico tube in the other. Tesco Express (smaller supermarket but with regular supermarket prices) closest, big Sainsbury's like in the suburbs a couple of blocks farther on Wilton Road on the way to Victoria station,... The hotel is located in a convenient location with a bus stop right in front of it and a 5-10 min walk to the Pimlico or Victoria tube station. Although the hotel is on a street with mostly residential houses and many other hotels, there is a nice neighborhood with pubs and mom-and-pop stores as well as two supermarkets within... More

I chose the hotel due to its proximity to Victoria and Pimlico stations. Each was within 10 or 15 minutes' walk. It was in a very picturesque area, with nearby grocery stores and a great Italian restaurant on the corner. I had a single room on the top floor. The hotel warned me before arrival that there were 89 steps... More

We had 4 rooms for shared and single accommodations for 3 nights in early May. Book 6-7 months before your arrival through their website for best price. There may be promo/discount codes on tripadvisor. Their website accurately explains facilities, features and location - so read carefully. Agree with reviewers about friendliness of staff and excellent cleaning standards. There are no... More

Close to everything and very friendly staff. Very clean with great breakfasts. Perfect place to unwind after a busy day sightseeing - and very close to nice local restaurants, especially Paradise, Indian food which we ate at two of our four nights!

We chose this hotel based on reviews on TripAdvisor. The hotel is on a quiet street, very close to Victoria Station, and was reasonably priced. The room was adequate and clean. There were scuff marks on the walls but we understand things happen. They have a lift but we took the stairs on most occasions. The hotel was quiet and... More

We booked the hotel based upon other reviews, location, and their willingness to accommodate a Gluten Free diet. AND, the reviews were right!! Our room was standard (for central London). The bathroom was very modern and clean. The bed was VERY comfortable. And, it was quiet. The breakfast in the morning was EXCELLENT as the innkeepers served and mingled with... More

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel located in a nice and calm street close to the Pimlico and Victoria station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was nice and very clean. Breakfast was fine and fresh - not buffet but we could choose from a menu of cereals, egg/bacon/beans, bread/jam, coffee/tea/hot chocolate. We would like... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
