Great location within walking distance of Victoria Station and you receive clear instructions with your booking confirmation. Excellent, quiet and clean - only place to stay in London. Very convenient location and room was spotless. Slept so well that I missed breakfast on all days I was there. In all of our travels over the world my wife and I consider this hotel to have the most friendly staff we have ever encountered. I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and the room and bathroom were really clean which is the most important thing! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
