Desk staff are downright mean. Rooms are dirty. Overall nightmare - period.
Proximity to underground is good given that it is in zone 3 of the underground network. With easy access to decent restaurants and coach station. However, staff were on the indifference scale and despite being **/*** depending on the website you visit, the floor's quite dirty even if the rooms seemed nice and clean. I stayed at this hotel on the 27th april/28th April, I had a single ensuite and this was the same for my mum.
My mum's room was on the ground floor and spacious, ensuite, very clean, spacious, tv, tea/coffee, lovely and warm.
My room was upstairs, smaller than my mums, but same price which I thought a little unfair.

Compared to prices and sizes of hotel rooms in other London hotels, our family room was a good value of money. However, the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours - bad luck for you.
I would never stay or recommend this hotel its stinks of urine never get fresh towels rude staff unclean make shift restaurant made out of a gazebo breakfast consists of the same rotten eggs and stale bread everyday noisy and unpleasant.. Stay away unless you want to waste your sleep and money..
