We spent a night there in the studio, and it was just super: clean, spacious, with seperated kitchen. The location jut 5 min walk to St PANCRAS make this hotel best for short trip from Paris. Daren, the manager was kind and helpful. All the staff were smiling helping to make this experience a great one! I will recommend it... More

We just needed somewhere to rest our heads, en route from Cairo to York, so the location near Kings Cross was perfect. We arrived late, were shown to a room which was small but clean, quiet (at the back) and well equipped. It had everything we needed, including a refitted shower room and a comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and all... More

When choosing a hotel close to St Pancras/Kings Cross, there are admittedly a lot of choices. The Jesmond Dene offered us a comfortable stay and is one of the better Boutique hotels in the area. The location is paramount to this hotels success being 200 yards from the station entrance. The hotel itself is small and basic but had everything... More

This hotel is perfectly located close to St Pancras/King Cross station making it an ideal place for tourists to stay. It is a quiet hotel despite its proximity to the train station. Our room was spacious and clean and breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it... More

we booked a standard double room en-suite and upon arrival were told that we had been upgraded to an apartment suite - huge in London standards, very well equipped (even has a washing machine!). Location - 150 meters from Kings Cross for underground / trains / buses - very very central! hardly ever had to change lines or buses. Plenty... More

My 10 month old daughter and I spent three lovely nights at Jesmond Dene. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and very welcoming - I so appreciated the thought that went into giving us an upgrade to the studio apartment down the street, which was perfect for a few days in the city with an infant. The apartment was clean,... More

Super-friendly staff, a spotlessly clean room with every facility I could want - and so quiet, too! You'd never think you were staying minutes from Kings Cross! Best night's sleep I have had at a hotel in ages, followed by a delicious breakfast. Oh, and free wi fi, which I am using to type this review. And all for eighty... More

My stay at the Jesmond Dene was perfectly very nice- the location is great with access to both the tube and other rail like the Eurostar nearby. (Luckily for me it was this close, as I had started lining up for the Eurostar check in only to realise I had my passport at the hotel- woops! A quick dash back... More

Stayed for 2 nights whilst down in London for work. Very good location, just across the road from Kings Cross/St Pancras, but very little noise could be heard from the room. I stayed in a standard single. The bed was very generously sized, the room was as big as could be expected for a London B&B in this price range.... More

Just been at this hotel with my family and in laws - 9 in all. Had a great time. Staff were very helpful including the ladies at breakfast & the guy at the reception. The manager helped us too - thanks to him we got cheaper tickets for the musical , ate at good local restaurants. They even provided transport... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
