Not every room is en suite; be sure to determine which room you book. To have en suite (bathroom in room) one must pay a higher rate than that advertised. Nice location for the tube/railroad. Walking distance to the British Museum.

A lovely place to stay. Spent 2 nights here with my partner. room was small but perfect. Price was good value for what you got. Breakfast was lovely and all staff very helpful we would definitely stay here again. One thing worth mentioning we stayed in room 1 on ground floor and the 2 nd night the bathroom light which... Nice little family run B&B. Perfect location to trains and Underground. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean but also very small, with no place to put luggage, which posed a small problem crawling around to get in to bed. Otherwise good value and really you only sleep there, if you want... More

The single room was very sober but spotlessly clean, coffee and tea bags were replenished every day, the bedside lamp was touch-sensitive dimmable. The lights were all very effective and the bed was very comfortable. I only gave 3 out of 5 because the old metal framed single glazed window in this basement bedroom did not lock and let a... More

OK, it isn't the Dorchester but then again, it isn't Dorchester price either. Basic, small but clean rooms, friendly service from the concierge and from the restaurant staff. The breakfast set me up for a day's work. This is one of the quietest places I've ever stayed in London due to its location but it's still handy for the British... More

We stayed in the ground floor apartment which is a few minutes walk from the main hotel. It is very comfortable with a small bed/ sitting room, separate kitchen and bathroom. While the apartment is small it is very spacious compared to many London hotel rooms, The reception staff were very friendly and walked us to the apartment and provided... More

The location was great! The staff there was nice and welcoming. We even got a free upgrade!! The room was small but was sufficient enough. The room was clean as well. Definitely worth it if you're on a tight budget.

I selected this establishment because of it's close proximity to King's Cross/St. Pancras. I was meeting my daughter who was arriving via train from mainland Europe and I was coming down from Nottingham. After our stay I was heading out to Heathrow to return to the US and she was heading back to Nottingham. Just a block away for the... More

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was great for our family of 5. Was great to have the use of a kitchen, supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cereal (needed to buy own milk). Very quiet location on a side street Although the main hotel is across the road from Kings Cross/St Pancras (and only a little... More

We rented a room with 3 single beds in April 2015. At first I was surprised that the room was small and also below ground level. However, it was brightly lit with a big window in a window well, and the room was nice and quiet, clean and modern. We could hear the tube very faintly rumble when it went... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
