Smelly, dirty, hole! Do not stay at this hotel. The only good thing about it is me and my friends still laugh about how dreadful it was. It will be a talking point for the rest of my life! Disgusting! There was a sleazy male receptionist that wouldn't communicate with you when complained.

Very good! Fantastic rates for London. Perfect location, near from Buckinham Palace, kindly staff and razoable confort. Its simple, not luxury, good for easy going people. The bathroom is very very small, but its ok. Really great location and good neighborhood, with great coffee shops.

I stayed here twice with my wife and daughter last year. After reading some of these negative reviews, I felt compelled to respond. Okay, its not luxury , one of the double rooms is tiny, the bathrooms are somewhat cramped, and everthing is a bit shabby, but it is in a great location, (you can walk to a lot of... More

Good location, great coffee shops in the neighborhood... but shocking accommodation. The bathroom looked like it was taken out of a caravan as it was a shower, sink, toilet combo unit. I was the lucky one and showered first, but my friend couldn't do the same without standing in 2 inches of water from my shower that wouldn't drain out.... More

We checked into this "hotel" as we had an unexpected longer stay in Europe. We went online and from the website it showed it was a decent hotel for a "3 star". Upon checking in we were told we had to pay cash because the machine was acting up. We told him we would pay visa and would try again... More

Basically, this place (apparently one of several "hotels" run by the same management company) is one step up from a hostel. Seems to cater to a lot of backpackers. You get your own room, but usually have to share a bathroom. Our room was small, rather dingy, with a lovely view of... the roof. But really, for what we paid,... More

The photos of th hotel on the website is very different to what we actually got. The room was very small, the curtains did not cover all of the window and the bathroom - well that was something else, the toilet was practically in the shower and the basin was too big for the room, in fact you had to... We were going to London for four days, and thought Eaton house hotel was a good choise. I was wrong! The room was little and dirty! The bathroom looked really bad, and was dirty. We had only one lamp who was working, and the housekeeper was only cleaning our room one time in four days - because we were sleeping... More

When I arrive to the hotel, the front desk start welcomely greated me and make me feel like home. My room was perfect and clean. Towels and linen replanish daily. After I saw bad refers on the hotel, I was giving it a second thought, but when I called prior to my arrival I was told the hotel was newly... More

Staying in Belgravia

Neighborhood Profile
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
