Slightly tired appearence but it is clean, has friendly staff and a convenient location. The room was small but adequately equipped and breakfast was limited to continental only but plenty of it. While nothing was spectacular, everything was acceptable and fully worth the price. Would stay again.

Warm welcome from staff. Room small but comfortable. Be aware there are lots of stairs and no lift and ask for 1st floor if you feel stairs are a problem. Close to tube and shops. Continental breakfast good

My husband and I visited London for 3 days in July last year. The hotel is in a central location, so close to everything. It is in a really nice, peaceful area, and I loved that it was located in a residential area so you see people going to work in the morning, taking their kids to kindergarden, just an... More

In Pimlico where things cost an arm and a leg this hotel breaks the trend! Simple rooms with all you need in them. Breakfast is a little bland but the staff are the most helpful and kind you could wish for. Excellent value for money and will stay again

I came across this hotel when considering booking at a hostel a few doors down. This had a similar rate, but with a bathroom in the room. The room is incredibly small (standard european), but in the 4 nights I was in London, I was only in the room to shower and sleep, so the size didn't bother me. All... More

There were the 3 of us in one room, 2 adults and a teenager for 5 nights. Great breakfast--nice selection, staff was extremely helpful going out their way to help us. Good location, very close to all transportation. Wish the room was bigger, it got real cramped after a few days. No elevators, be prepared to tone your legs. Overall,... More

We arrived early after a long flight from America, but our room was ready and we were able to check in. It was a nice surprise when we were upgraded to a larger room; however, if stairs are a problem, request a lower floor as there is no lift. The ensuite bathroom is really small. Breakfast was a simple buffet... More

We had an early check in time (11.00 a.m.) and our room was ready for us! We were on the top floor, but were helped with our luggage. Do take in mind there is no elevator! Very friendly and flexible staff. I agree the wifi is not super but it works most of the time, and I found out it... More

The staff is very friendly and helpful - especially Antonella. I've stayed at this hotel 4 times in the last few years and will continue to come back. This hotel is always clean and the breakfast is plentiful - it's a great value for what you pay plus its conveniently located to the museums and near Buckingham Palace.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
