Excellent service, central to the tube and London. Room has everything except a shaving point, but perfect for a short stay. Unlimited coffee and a reasonably priced bar. Staff went out their way to help and gave guidance on London travel.

Really good hotel for the location/ money. We had a family room and it was great. Beds were comfortable and there was no noise from outside. Very secure with the use of key cards in lifts etc. would definitely stay there again for a quick stop over.

Fantastic location for a London weekend - just off Leicester Square with Soho and theatreland just round the corner. The sound insulation of the rooms is really very good - we hardly heard a thing despite the Chinese New Year celebrations going on in the Square. The room was well appointed, very comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast in... More

This was my second visit to The Premier Inn Leicester Square. I wouldn't stay anywhere else but a Premier Inn when visiting London. We stayed here overnight whilst visiting to see a show. The location in the heart of London, with Theatre Land, China Town, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square literally all on your doorstep, it is the perfect base.... More

Fantastic location - 2 mins walk from the tube and handy for all west end theatre. Room 611 slightly small with narrow window view over Leicester Square but very clean and comfortable, very quiet considering central location. I think the hotel should advise all customers in advance that you can only access all floors including reception by lift. As a... More

I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with lift access needed to get to our Reception. We are always happy to assist guests that do not like using lifts by providing a key to securely access our stairs and offering rooms on the lowest floor if required. However I am glad that you enjoyed all other aspects of your... More

For mine and my boyfriends first trip together to London, I'm so glad we chosen to stay in Premier Inn. Nothing was too much of an ask for the staff, ordering a taxi, helping with directions, letting us sit in the bar after we checked out for an hour waiting for our train home, giving us change of £20 when... This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and it's great for sight seeing and very close to tube station. Hotel in comfortable, clean and staff very friendly. If you are looking for a family hotel in central London you won't get better value for money!

We chose to stay here because of it's location - within walking distance of attractions, restaurants and museums. we also wanted a family room at a reasonable rate as we had our 12 year old Son with us. We were greeted by friendly reception staff, we were given our key card (which you swipe in the lift to get to... More

Stayed here for one night with my teenage son, on booking a twin room I explained I did not like lifts and on arrival a very kind member of staff came down to open the stairs, after check in at the non fuss self service you are issued a key card, that operates the lift and the doors to stairs... Great hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Top quality care for a great price. Central to London and theatres. Would have been a little better if slightly cheaper in price but can't really complain

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
