We stayed here for a week and oh boy was it the one of the worst in my life! I would have looked elsewhere at the time for another hotel if I wasn't already busy trying to look for a flat in the local area where I now live! The room was outrageously filthy and the breakfast a total joke.... More

In December I booked a room at this hotel for a two day stay in May. After checking recent trip advisor reviews I decided to cancel - knowing full well that I would lose my deposit. However despite over 10 attempts to phone and several attempts to email - all returned to sender, I have not been able to make... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2007. We found it to be small but clean, the breakfast was great, and the location ideal. When we booked another trip for the spring of 2012 we again chose this hotel. BIG MISTAKE!!! We reserved two rooms, a double for my wife and me and a triple... More

Went to London in September, thought we had a bargain for 70 pounds per night in the Victoria whereabouts. The first night we were assigned room no. 2, the room was far below average but worst of all we were bitten by bedbugs. In the morning a girl from Spain which acts as cook and cleaning staff took also the... More

We stayed here for two nights on the 22-24th September. It was a trip I had organized for my boyfriends birthday as we had not been away for over 2 years due to financial problems, we chose London as we had never been before. What was supposed to be a romantic break turned into the trip from hell and this... More

I would rather spend a night on a park bench than spend money being ripped off in this WORST HOTEL EVER I have spent a night in. Our first greeting was peeling ceilings and an impossibly small 'double room'. We immediately asked for a better room. The only thing better was not having to climb several flights of stairs. The... Stayed for just one night and believe me I was relieved I had not planned to stay longer. Only stayed here last minute as every other hotel we looked at was fully booked. Cost was £70 for a double room which is pretty reasonable for Victoria. After staying there cant imagine they would be able to charge anymore. It really... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
