We stayed here overnight due to working in the area. I've never slept anywhere like it. They did not even have proper beds they where camp beds, we could wipe our hand through the dust on the units. To get to our rooms we had to go outside the hotel walk further up road through a door & up 4... More

If you want to avoid having bed bugs, then avoid this hotel. Location is great but that's all. i checked this hotel last Thursday on my phone as I was looking for a hotel for 3 nights. I was around Paddington area, so the search on the internet said 3 nights for £138 all but when I arrived to the... More

After classically booking the hotel, then reading the reviews I was very concerned. However, our stay was very good. The staff were polite and our room was newly refurbished. It was a short stay in London for us so the location was key, right next door to Paddington. It looks like a lot of effort has been done to make... More

I came here for a weekend away with my partner and I will not be going back. Our bed was just something that got pulled down from the wall and the window latch was broken. There was no duvet only bankets that did not seem clean and did not keep us warm. It was also extremely noisy and the staff... More

On the wall we saw dark red smudges and than we saw small beetles on the ceiling – BUGS (Cimex)….receptionist gave our key of other room. But NO APOLOGIZE from him!! In other room were bugs too… but less… Tv remote wasn´t there. The toilet brush wasn´t there…Hotel is near the underground station. Bathroom and room were clean.

Upon arriving in room 203 we were greeted with a horrendous stench that proved to be a half eaten chicken shashlick that had obviously been stewing in the bathroom cabinet for some time. This proved to be the first of a number of shocking discoveries that makes it hard to beleave this hotel is still in business. From the 3... More

The worst hotel I've ever seen! If I had any other choise I wouldn't stay there at all! and it is overpriced as well as dirty and smelly. Our petite room costed 200 pounds per night and it was a very bad night. Beds are old and not comfortable, noise from other rooms and streets because window didn't clouse normally... More

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in... I am not young and I did travel a lot. I am not writing this note to criticize the hotel but to rather share my experience with those who might be looking into staying this hotel. If you do not care of taking showers nor to sleep in almost uninviting... More

Pictures shown on the internet were misleading- the outside of the building appears old and weathered; rooms were very small. In three out of our five rooms there were problems- one had no hot water, one had a shower that backed up and no one on staff to fix it and, the sink in a third room was smaller than... More

Although we didn't feel very welcome by the staff, there was an elevator in this hotel, a clean room that was bigger than expected, and the bathroom made it feel like a luxury suite after our first, tiny hotel. It is right down the street from Paddington underground station in central London and near many cafes and shops. A friendly... More
