Really good hotel to explore London. In a really nice quiet, safe area, Sussex Gardens, this hotel has recently been refurbished and looks pretty new, but still has the charm of an old British building. Breakfast is not great but decent enough and rooms are not gigantic but ok for a few nights. Members of staff are nice and as... More

Stayed at Orchard Hotel for 1 night for our weekend trip to London. Location It is located in Sussex Garden. If you exit the hotel and turn right, you get to Paddington Station. If you turn left, you get to Edgware Road where you get supermarkets, pharmacies and food outlet. Both are less than 5 mins on foot. We walked... More

I booked this hotel through the BA web site, price was great £69 per night, the reception at the hotel is dreadful, the first night the man at reception ask for my passport and his first words to me were, OMG you are nearly 21 year older than me!! Really that was relevant, to what? I needed to stay two... More

I stayed at Orchard Hotel for a night.Great location! Within walking distance you have access to shops, supermarket -Tesco Express is a 2 minutes walk -, Kensington Gardens a 10 minutes walk. I saw plenty of people walking around so I felt comfortable and safe. There are bus stops at that street which is convenient. The room ( and bathroom... More

I stayed in this hotel with my friend The rooms were spotless, very spacious. The breakfast was very basic but nice with very small variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent just a five minute walk to the tube. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was absolutely appalled by the behavior of the ladies in the reception desk. They were not friendly at all and asked guests to keep their voices down (even though they were talking at a normal volume) while they complained and screamed about people parking outside. One lady in particular with a russian accent was very unhelpful and downright rude.... More

I have booked a room in may 18, and because I have find lices in the room I have prefered to leave the hotel and book in to another after I have stayed for one night. The staff from the reception are not very friendly. Each time you leave the hotel you need to leave the key at the rerception.In... More

Good clean hotel room and bath room was spotless and shower looked like new, no mattress or pillow covers though. Good location near to tube and plenty of restaurants. BREAKFAST was not good, they are doing the basic to attract guest. Cereal, toast, ham and cheese, and water coffee or orange squash was it. The toast was on ration and... More

London is an expensive city, so you have to think twice before deciding where to stay. We choose this hotel as it's near Paddington station and main attractions can be easily reached. The neighbourhood is very nice. There are pubs and some restaurants nearby. The hotel is not bad but service could be better. No complimentary wi-fi. Basic breakfast included... More
