We stayed here back in Nov for a quick over night. Hotel was average at best. Hotel staff on the desk didn't seem too amused or happy to be at work. Room was small and quaint. This is a decent place for a place to lay your head at night. If you are looking for luxury, this isn't the place.... More

Checked in here for an overnight stay. Located very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park just off Edgeware Road. Given room 109, 1st floor at the back. The en-suite double room was a fair size with dressing table, wardrobe, hairdryer, tv and phone. The room was spotlessly clean as was the en-suite. The en-suite was small, but enough room... More

Good things to say: clean. Bad things to say: they shut off the heat from 9 am until 19 pm, and the rooms are very, very cold. Even with an extra sweater under the covers it is freesing (the staff will not turn on the heat before 19 pm). Breakfast contains toast, cornflaks, and an over- boiled egg, that's it....

This past November, my family and I traveled to London. We wanted to find a hotel that we weren't going to spend much time at. We stayed at Orchard for 8 nights. The rooms were very small with a shower I could barely fit into. I will give credit- the breakfast we had every morning was very nice. However, I... More

We would not have any complaints if we did not have a 2 yr old but... The Good Nice big room for London sizes (we stayed in the triple). Bath room was small (just shower and sink) but very clean and tidy. Reception staff were nice and have 24hr service. Very good location, no 23 bus stops right outside and... More

The decent words i can think of is that this hotel is a waste of money. I had the worst sleep and worst breakfast. On the plus side they have nice tea. The first hotel that tells u how many toasts u can eat. Who said i wanna be on a diet. Breakfast with nothing but cheese and jam. No... More

I stayed there in the end of November this year. I admit the room was quite small, although it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was new, towels have been changed every two days. The breakfast was quite good, not extremely tasting but i felt satisfied. I would recommend this hotel for a three/four days trip in London, considering it... More

We stayed in a very small "double" room in the basement next to the lift and near the dining room. The view was the lower courtyard. You had to climb over the bed to get to the other side and could barely open the bathroom door. The bedding looked like it was from the 1990's and there was no kettle in... More

the rooms are so small that me and my friend (we are tiny) had 2 jump over th bed to get to one side to the other. The room was dull and put a depressing vibe on our trip. our bathroom light broke. The receptioist said ''i will get someone to fix it if he is not avalible deal with... More
