Having read some of the reviews before checking in I was a little nervous, however upon checking in all this went away. The receptionist that checked us in was a very pleasant young guy who was quick and efficient. We had originally booked a triple room through booking.com however they did not have any available so to our delight they... More

Stayed here for one night as it was close to Hyde Park for Libertines gig. 5 mins walk from Hyde Park and 15 / 20 mins from Marble Arch & Oxford street. Hotel was very clean and modern but the room was very small, too small to spend more than one night there. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We... More

The location was excellent and the staff were helpful. However, the room was small and the bathroom had no drain so water collected frequently in the floor. Moreover, the breakfast was scarce and was with a surcharge, so the hotel was a bit more expensive. Overall, it was a nice experience.

I booked my room here as I got a very cheap deal, and I needed somewhere near Paddington for a couple of nights. The staff at the desk were all very polite and helpful, and i was upgraded to a double room from the single I had originally booked, which was a welcome surprise. Overall a good choice for me... I was misleaded by the quire positive reviews on booking.com. Very small rooms and bathroom - you can accept it as housing in London is expensive and large spacy rooms are not always available. No Space for placing the toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom! It sucks! Did not have any knife with me - therefore could not open the... More

The room wasn't clean. I saw bugs on the pillow. The bed sheets were washed but there was a stain on the sheet - possibly just laundry related. The carpets weren't clean. The location was good. When I asked the receptionist for a refund I wasn't offered any alternatives and ended up checking into another hotel down the road. There... More

I stayed at a single room. It was very tiny, but very clean and comfortable. Place is 5-7 minutes walk to Paddington. Hyde park is near by. Receptionist spoke Arabic. Price is as areas average; on higher side.

Having read other reviews of this hotel I wasn't expecting too much but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has obviously been renovated fairly recently and rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern. The rooms are a bit small but for a one night stay like I had that didn't matter much. Very convenient for Paddington Station and Hyde Park... More

Nice staff. Good beds. Small rooms; we had to walk one at the time. No good place for suitcase. Had to ask for extraclothes hangers. Ok bathroom but no shelf or other conveniant place to put your toiletries - except under the sink. Terible draft from the window - I do not want to stay there in winter. If you... More

We needed a central location for a three day break in London with family visiting from Canada. We found this hotel had helpful staff, clean rooms, and an excellent location. Only negative was the rooms were quite small, but this was not a problem for us as we were out most of the time !! We found the staff very... More
