the rooms is clean and neat. all you need is there. well located. good area. however they scam you to book with them. their pricing on internet differ from what what you pay on arrival. lot of hidden costs too. at 50 pounds it will be fine to stay here. over 50 will be rip off.

Stayed here for 4 days. Even though we booked a Triple room, they have given us 2 double bedrooms on the first day. Those rooms were in the underground with no windows. It was kinda suffocating. And the carpet was wet and it was smelling bad. I was so tired that I dint have enough strength to complain even. Next... More

The hotel is located two minutes walking distance from the Paddington station. It is also close to the Hyde Park. The room was new and clean, and the bathroom was commodious. They charge extra for the internet and keeping bags at the closet.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. You can access central London really easily. Our room was ridiculously tiny - it was disappointing but as we were only there for 1 night we put up with it. A light in the bathroom not working, mirror on wardrobe door cracked and the kettle needed a bit of jiggery-pokery to... More

Secured an overnight room at short notice and a great rate online. Wasn't expecting too much, but wound up being wowed. Reception staff lovely. Reception area small, but clean and welcoming and I would have happily met people for work there without being embarrassed. Room was small (as most London rooms are) but décor was lovely and bathroom was HUGE!... More

We upgraded to the suite for my partners 50th birthday and were amazed by the standard and quality for the price. Own private entrance, wonderful four poster bed, top class fixtures and fittings, amazing luxury bathroom and beautiful furnishings. The gentleman behind the reception was extremely helpful and helped us with directions, places to eat etc. We would not hesitate... More

We stayed here as a last minute business trip, good price, doubt the room had been cleaned properly as found a container of drugs including warfarin, and the light above my bed stayed on all night without being able to turn it off!! Room 107,...

Having read some of the reviews before checking in I was a little nervous, however upon checking in all this went away. The receptionist that checked us in was a very pleasant young guy who was quick and efficient. We had originally booked a triple room through booking.com however they did not have any available so to our delight they... More

Stayed here for one night as it was close to Hyde Park for Libertines gig. 5 mins walk from Hyde Park and 15 / 20 mins from Marble Arch & Oxford street. Hotel was very clean and modern but the room was very small, too small to spend more than one night there. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We... More
