“The worst experience I had as a visitor.....”

I had the worst experience of accommodation and customer service. They had a cheap charge but they don’t observe the healthy rules! We booked a double room for two nights and during our staying there on the second night as I watching tv I saw a mouse came out under the bed. I was terrified because everything of our luggage... Generally this is a good Acor Group Hotel (with gated parking) for my overnight needs when on business in the area. The hotel does not do evening meals but with a Chineese/KFC/Wetherspoons all nearby, this is not an inconvenience. The breakfast (included in the room cost) is basic, cereals & toast etc., but the breakfast staff need to be attentive... More

Far away from the center, but just 30 minutes away by the underground. Ok room, just very few towels. Basic breakfast. For 140 Euros for 3 nights for 3 beds, it was a very good deal for visiting London. More
