The hotel is perfectly located, but it's a run down establishment! The pictures on their website is far from reality... It's closer to a 2 star hotel than a 4 star as stated on the different booking websites - even after normal London or Paris standards... The room was freezing cold, the a/c wasn't working and it took a little... More

I stayed here after needed a hotel as close to Regent Street as possible (I like to be close to my clients.) Bearing in mind that this was cheaper than a holiday Inn (which stunned me for London) I didn't have massive expectations. I had 5 nights for under £700 Whilst I could gripe about the silly things (slightly cramped... More

Excellent location and room size. Friendly staff. The whole five days of our stay the wi if was down the excuse being that BT hadn't bothered to show up to fix it. What a poor excuse! If management cared they would have changed provider!! From what I understand this is an oft recurring problem.

the location of this hotel was excellent for a trip to London. It is literally 5 mins walk to Oxford Circus and about 10mins walk to leister square. The hotel itself is lovely, our room was on the 12th floor over looking London City. Despite its location, it was extremely quiet throughout our stay. The rooms were a decent size... More

Stayed over the weekend and couldn't have asked for a better location and at 108GBP for the night it represents one of the best value stays I've had. The staff and level of welcome and service was excellent. Professional, cordial and happy to help, they tried really hard and worked to a level beyond what the room rate would lead... More

Dirty, old, tatty, no wifi the whole stay. Avoided restaurant because if room standard was anything to go by it would have been disappointing also. Good location but needs serious spring clean. I'd advise you avoid this place and look else where.

I book this hotel as a surprise for my friend. I wanted to treat her to something special while we were in London for two days. I thought a 4 star hotel would be something to look forward to. Unfortunately I was very disppointed when we arrived. The location of the hotel is great, ideal really but... We had problems... More

Close to Oxford Circus, you can walk down the Regent Street to Trafalgar Square (10-15min), to London Eye and Big Ben (30-40min) or you can easily reach to Madame Tussauds (20min). National Express bus takes you from/to Luton airport to Marbel Arch, wich is 20 minutes walk to the hotel. The rooms are not too luxurious, but clean and cozy.

The hotel is ideally placed but I found the shabby seats in the booths on the top floor restaurant a bit off putting. The décor in the rooms was a little tired too. I slipped badly in the shower bruising my knee as the shower mat, recommended for use to prevent slipping, was missing. At the end of my stay... More

Stayed here for the weekend with my husband and my mum and Dad. Getting off the train at King's Cross and getting to the hotel couldn't be easier, get on the tube to Oxford Circus, when coming out of the station walk down the road straight in front of you and within 5 minutes you are at the hotel. The... More
