The location is great, close to Regent and Oxford Street but I'm afraid the hotel itself is in urgent need of a face lift. It is dark and dull. The corridors are dirty and the walls badly need a paint job. Our room was ok but very dark and a bit tired. The carpet was very worn and has seen... More

This hotel has a great location, a couple of blocks from Oxford Circus. The façade is covered by scaffolding. Once I found the entrance I was quickly checked in. The corridors and rooms seem very old and show excessive wear and tear. A major overhaul is urgently needed. The single room I got was very tiny. One of the bed... More

I booked this hotel for biz trip on Oct. The hot water didn't work. I complained but the staff didn't help me at all. Because the location was very good. I tried to book this hotel again on Jan 2016. the person picked up my call were very rude. He said "what do you want me to do? I fed... More

Spent 3 nights at Saint Georges with wife and 7 year old son between Christmas and New Year and found it met all our needs. Location is hard to beat and loved the view from our 12th floor room. We had a bed and breakfast package and enjoyed the limited breakfast each day. Room was fine but not huge which... More

Have stayed regularly at St Georges Hotel located at the top end of Regent Street near the BBC. Rooms are large compared to most inner city hotels with double glazed windows, oh and the breakfast is great looking over London Town from one of the highest views. Over the years I have stayed, the WiFi has improved, whilst not perfect,... More

One of the seediest hotels is has been my misfortune to find. Great location - or 'lacation' as another reviewer wrote - and, well, that's about it. Needs an awful lot of money spent on it. Down at heel, battered and dusty, lots of duct tape to hold down carpets, rudest reception staff in London (which is saying something given... More

This hotel is very near Oxford and Regent streets. It is 5 minutes from Oxford Circus tube station. Easy to get out and about. The staff were helpful. The room was a good size and clean. The lighting was lacking and made the room dim even with all the lights on. The views were good but nothing iconic but you... More

The hotel is only two blocks from the tube station and Oxford Street, very comfortable. Our room was in 14th level with a great view over the city, it was spacious with good beds and clean. But very much worn out, the wall paper was hanging and many small details showed that this hotel really needs a renovation! But there... More
