I stayed at this hotel with my best friend for a girly weekend, the hotel is in a prime location within walking distance to Oxford street and lots of bars and restaurants. We were going to a show at the London Palladium and this was also walking distance. We had a free upgrade on arrival and the hotel staff could... More

Reception staff were all lovely and very helpful, excellent location. 10 mins walk to Soho and 15 mins to Euston. Corridors and doors are a bit shabby, but inside the rooms were modern, with nice bathroom and comfortable beds and a fab view of Post Office Tower and London. Apparently it's being upgraded next year so get in quick before... More

Lovely hotel in a perfect spot for London Palladium or shopping in Oxford Street. Literally 3 minute walk from Oxford Circus tube. Restaurant very nice, on top floor with good views of skyline. Pizza restaurant next door, Byron Burger and Starbucks as well, so plenty of choice if you do not want to eat in. breakfast very expensive at £17.50.... More

We fit a free upgrade to the Supreme rooms. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. They had double layer Windows, one of them (the outside one) was a bit open, so on windy days the widows made drafty sounds. Management assured me there was nothing to worry about and that maintenence would fix it. The bed are... More

This has got to be the noisiest hotel i have ever stayed in. Our room is immediately by the side of the service lift which has been chundling up and down constantly. We returned to hotel around 3pm having had a marvelous meal at roux at the landau across the road. About 5 minutes upon getting in the room the... More

Stayed for one night on Dec 29th. Location is very good, close to Oxford Circus tube station. The views from the room were amazing and the restaurant on 14th floor worth a visit for the views. We only had breakfast, which was very nice, so can't comment on dining. The room we had was just ok. Not fabulously clean (dirty... More

Many thanks to Tanskybaum for their feedback which was constructive and helpful. Yes, you probably had an older room but we hope you may re-visit and in that case please do ask for newly refurbished room which is on a first come first served basis. Kind regards, GRM More

This was a repeat visit to this property, a year on from my last review of it (see my review, November 3, 2013). I am said to say that very little has changed since my last review. The property is adequate, at best. It's location is a pretty good one, located at the top of the great shopping street, Regent... More

We spent just one night in London so were looking for a place that was convenient for all the shopping we wanted to do on Oxford Street and Regent Street and this place was just the ticket. When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed regarding breakfast times, wifi etc. The place... More

Having stayed at this hotel several times before, all at Christmas time, we booked in again as it is just so convenient for shopping and theatre. We found the reception staff very friendly and although I agree the rooms could do with a bit of up-dating, you really can't beat the price for this near to Oxford Street. We have... More
