having got tickets for the o2, 4 family booked a late cheap hotel in London docklands to access o2. Hotel was good, good parking, outside congestion area. £10 per night parking (big discount!) - nice rooms - no internet, breakfast was good, filling, substantial, staff were very friendly & even called a local cab company to take us to o2.... Once again, the staff at this Travelodge are very helpful with any request & the rooms have the new beds & have been decorated but unfortunately, the bathrooms & the general areas of the hotel really do need to be refurbished. My wife & I once again brought the family up to London for some more sightseeing & have in... More

I had a room on the ground floor at the end of a hallway which stank of cat pee. The bathroom was almost uncleaned with hair from former guests and dirty tiles. Only good thing was location and matrass.

The rooms are cheap and it shows... VERY outdated, old shower curtains, stained towels, fan doesn't work in bathroom and dispensers for soap like in a public bathroom. It's is good if you can't afford better as it's good link to centre of London however take all your own toiletries! No phones in the room to even ring reception. Food... More

The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff helpful and accommodating. The rail links close by and regular. Thoroughly enjoyed the vacation, in no small part due to the service. I especially liked the fact I could leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out and pick it up just prior to catching the train home.

This hotel is great for business when working in Telehouse and around the docklands area due to its location. Transport links into the city are great so in that respect the hotel checked all the boxes. However, the room had an overwhelming 'air freshener' scent which required me to keep the window open for the duration of my stay. This... More

First impressions count and the front desk made an impression alright. The i can't be bothered attitude had been perfected by the young lady at the desk. The room was clean and tidy, but the bathroom could do with a facelift. Shower would never make its mind up, hot or cold. The breakfast was dreadful with a tiny selection. The... More

We found this Hotel to be the best Travelodge that we have stayed in. Having stayed in a few others around London and other parts of the country. We had a Family room, the extra beds were set up perfect for our stay. Shower was brilliant, no noise from outside at night so we could have the window open. Breakfast... More

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, all as expected in Travelodge. But please can someone at HQ sort a way to get proper toast that does not mean an enormous Q and anaemic looking toast please!

A good value for money hotel in easy travelling distance of the centre of london in a quite place with no traffic noise. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again. Fried breakfast a bit limited but lots of cereal, toast, croissant choice but don't think it was worth the £6.99pp paid for it.
