Location:perfect it has a underground and dlr station right near it. Service:great they helped us so much telling us famous atrractions and how to get there. Rooms:rooms we're tidy and clean had storage places. But shockingly like most travelodge's had no lock on the TOILET door. Food:if you are going as family I would recommend it because you don't want... More

This is not an easy hotel to find when you arrive at East India on Docklands Light Railway but in truth is not far away. Go over the footbridge over Aspen Way and then you will find a sign. we had a view of One Canada Square (the Canary Wharf tower), which was nice. Our biggest disappointment was the breakfast:... It's a standard Travelodge so you get what you pay for.The staff here are very good and seem to work hard to ensure you have a good stay.Car parking is cheap, £5 a day in London is a gift. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the DLR which will take you to Tower Gateway. but better still a... Nice hotel, well situated for Excel, Greenwich maritime museum and such like . When using sat-nav we arrived at a barrier, you then have to announce your destination, in this case Travelodge. you are then in! We thought we were in the wrong place. Apart from that a nice stay, friendly staff and helpful.

That is it, I stayed in another Travelodge. Paid the miniscule £49 for free parking, free wifi, nice shower clean room and lovely bed. All that on a bank holiday weekend in London booked on short notice. I have now change to Travelodge as the preferred hotel for me and my business. OK the wifi is only free for 30... More

We usually stay at this Travelodge when we visit London, mainly because it is easy to get to from the motorways and also because it is very handy to get into London. The hotel is fine for just a one or two night stay but is starting to look a bit tired. Did notice the beds seemed newer and better... More

newish hotel, good location near to easy public transport into London. Very reasonable car parking. Overall good value for money and would definitely use this Travelodge again on trips to London. Café was busy in the morning (coach load of German tourists) so could have had more staff serving.

We had paid extra for a 12.00 noon check in, and arrived at 11.20 willing to wait. They turned our room around so we could get in quickly, which was very kind. All the staff were so welcoming, the cleaning staff shouting a cheery good morning to the children, it made you feel good....little things like this make such a... More

Went here on a whim (booked 3 days before) and very reasonably priced at £50 for the night on a saturday, good location only 2 mins walk from East India DLR station, check in was quick and easy, even though the self service desks were closed. Staff were very happy and friendly. Music in reception was nice to hear just... More
