We stayed here for a week in June while hitting up all the typical tourist spots. We are a family of four with two teenagers. We stayed in one of their "family rooms" and it worked out perfect. The day bed is large enough for a teen or small adult to sleep on. It was great to have 2 bathrooms.... More

This hotel is amazing. Everyone is above friendly and not to mention willing to do anything above and beyond. The decor is fabulous and the location is perfect! The room is very nice and the free breakfast is nice too. Loved sitting on the terrace for afternoon drinks!

The St Ermin's hotel was the perfect spot for a group of us, tourists, in London! We arrived and checked in. The gardens of the hotel are beautifully landscaped and the staff is very friendly. The location is perfect for walking to the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Picadilly and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice, not... More

From the service, to the quality, to the food, to the accommodations..... Words in this review can't express the amazing time you can have at the St. Ermin's and based out of the St, Ermin's. Easy access to a tube station, easy access to Westminster area attractions, easy access to other restaurants and attractions. Not only can you not go... More

When we first checked into the hotel we ran into a very curt check in attendant. The rest of the hotel staff were very helpful. It was centrally located for all the sights and very close to the underground. Our room was a little tight, but very clean. The halls were a touch noisy and we heard some constant banging... More

Gotta love this hotel. Although it is not the most convenient for diverse transport links the attention to detail and the level of service always makes for a pleasant experience. Many different kinds of rooms to fit all needs. Consistent excellence throughout the hotel. Excellent customer service orientation and a ubiquitous, genuine, positive attitude among staff. Busy, excellent breakfast where... More

Very large but somewhat awkward room afforded our teenager some privacy, but the extra bed I had requested when reserving was not even in the room when we checked in. Very helpful Housekeeping department brought a bed, and also a table we requested to have a place to rest our toilet kits in the huge (?accessible?) bathroom which had absolutely... More

I’m a Marriott Rewards member and was looking to burn some points during a trip to London. Of the Marriott choices in the city St. Ermin’s looked to be the best pick. The hotel is part of the hotel group’s autograph collection which I have found to be particularly interesting hotels in my travels. St. Ermin’s is only a ten... More

I love the fact that the hotel is placed in such a quiet area yet within even a few minutes walk you can reach the circle line metro and a plethora of pubs and restaurants, too. And the neighborhood of New Scotland Yard makes you feel safe, or not? Nice breakfast buffet.

The St. Ermins hotel is a beautiful hotel and very convenient walk to any main attraction. The rooms were extremely trendy and large. The maids wrote a note and would leave a plum or some type of fruit which added a nice touch. Breakfast was also great and there was a variety of foods. Next I am in London I... More

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
