5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Arrived a little early so had tea up on the terrace whilst my room was made up. Given a room in the newer part of the hotel and it was lovely. Only small thing was the shower door wasn't particularly well fitted so the floor in the bathroom flooded easily. Loved watching the Bees working away in the Hotels's Bee... More

The location of this hotel is the best. Around the corner from St. James Park station but yet it is tucked back from the street and oh so quiet. Very convenient to get all over the city, we walked everywhere. Breakfast was a bit pricey but there was a Starbucks and many good restaurants just a block away. The staff... More

This was a great hotel for our family. Location was perfect for us as we enjoy walking and it was within walking distance to all of the sites that we wanted to see. We were exhausted after traveling and although room wasn't ready, we took a walk to grab lunch then waited in the beautiful lobby of hotel. Room accommodated... More

We stayed for 2 nights and were unimpressed overall. The cost for the value is lacking. It is a nice property in a very convenient location, however there are no perks to staying here versus any other hotels in the area. The "deluxe king" room was on the small side, but clean and adequate. The toiletries provided were so heavily perfumed... More

This was our second time at the St. Ermins. Why? Because it is such a good value and so close to any place we wanted to visit: monuments, restaurants, shows and...well.... fill in the blank!. The staff is incredibly helpful is EVERY way you could. wish. The bar is a little pricey but the service is great and the drinks... More

Stayed at the St Ermin Autograph Collection property in March 2015 on a 5-day business/leisure trip. The tube stations were very close, making business connections very easy, and the hotel is so close to London's finest of sites. This really was a perfect location to explore and walk to the Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, Parliament, Big Ben, etc. Great... More

I would agree with the previous posters who complain about maintenance issues with the hotel but I would also add that at £212.00 per night I would at least expect a reasonable sized room and not one where only one person could get ready at one time. Breakfast wasn't included in that either and what hotel serves up breakfast in... More

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the St. Ermin's Hotel for 4 nights. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk to most iconic attractions such as Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived early and our room was ready for us. The staff was exceptional and welcoming... More

I stayed here while on a course in London. Staff were great, rooms were perfect, comfy beds. Walking distance to lots of lovely areas and really convenient for using the tube. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for VE celebrations and perfect location for Westminster, St James Park etc yet very peaceful and quiet too. Came with my elderly parents, and as one is in wheelchair used disabled facilties which were great. All restaurants on ground floor plus our bedrooms so easy access. It's the staff that really made this hotel a winner everyone was... More

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
