Booked "Superior" double room for one night. The first room was a dark, poorly lit but large room with a good view but the bathroom floor was flooded. Arrived at 18:00hrs Friday to find they had no record of booking from Travel Republic from a week before, even though we had received a confirmation of booking from Travel Republic. It's in need of a lick of paint, but its still a nice hotel. I try to stay here whenever I'm down toward the touristy bits around whitehall .
