Turn left outside Livepool St Station, cross the road and keep walking for about 5 minutes, the Tune is in a quaint, cobblestone street with a pub or two nearby if you fancy a pint. It is basic and you pay extra for towels, hairdryer, tv etc but I hotel along the way is £700 a night so this is... More

stayed here for three nights on business. As some previous reviewers have mentioned, the rooms are quite 'tight' for space but do you know what, I've stayed in smaller rooms and paid twice the price. At 6' 6" tall and 300lbs I still wouldn't describe it as uncomfortable, just a little awkward. But in reality, this place does exactly what... More

I stayed 5 days in tune paddington and 2 days in tune Liverpool street. Tune paddington was absolutely perfect for the price. I must say tune Liverpool street needs a renovation. I stayed in room 135. The carpet at the hallway was dirty. When I reached my room at the corner , there was a huge comparison to paddington. The... More

Tune Hotel is a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station. It's easy to find & a great location - minutes away from Shoreditch, Spitalfields, and Hoxton & all the bars, clubs & restaurants there. The hotel itself was very easy to book on line. A standard price for a room - either with or without a window, double, single... More

I needed somewhere to stay overnight for work purposes and as I work for a charity we always try to keep costs to a minimum. This was cheaper than other budget chains, was very clean and staff were pleasant and helpful. You do need to get your head round the pricing system, where you pay extra for a window and... More

Yeah we were expecting small.....but the deal breaker was the bed mattress that should have been thrown out 7 years ago. And that hobbit shower doesn't work on American sized men... When I'm in London again I'lol try the CitizenM again! Ok location but.....

Dear Guest, Thank you for posting your review. I am sorry to hear your stay was not completely satisfactory. I can assure you that our mattresses are the same 5 star Hypnos mattresses that they use in luxury hotels, and even though we are a limited service hotel we never cut corners on comfort, cleanliness and service. There are not many places you can get a room for well under a hundred and in such a conveniant location in London. 5 minutes walk from Liverpool street station and the tube network. Staff are friendly in this no frills hotel where you pay for the basic room then pay extra for everything else. But it is outstanding value... More

Ok so there are a number of criteria I would like to split this review up into. 1.Room, 2.Sevices, 3.Service, 4.Location. I would also like to state that I did actually enjoy my stay, once I had reconciled all the other little foibles of the above criteria with myself. The room was the smallest hotel room I have EVER been... More

We booked for a three night stay in London before Christmas 2014. We made our booking through hotels.com and was give a great rate which included all the extras such as TV & toiletries. Judging from photos of other rooms, I see they were kind enough to give us a slightly larger room with a window in order to accommodate... More

Visiting London in a midweek with my partner. The first room was very small but they fixed that problem the next day. Rooms are not very big in general but nice, modern and clean. Food opportunities enough because it's close to Spital fields. Underground is not too far away. (Liverpool street station) Downside: No parking at the hotel and be... More

Staying in Spitalfields

Neighborhood Profile
Spitalfields
For a glimpse of Georgian and Victorian London at its most pristine, or a peek into what's apt to be the next big global trend, the hipster zone of Spitalfields can provide hours of amazement. Around the clock, this is a haven for early morning bargain hunters sizing up its street markets, foodie foragers throughout the day, or late night revelers hitting some of London's most popular bars and clubs.

Wedged between the business-minded City of London, expressly trendy Shoreditch, and zestful Whitechapel, the lines between traditional and contemporary beautifully blur in this historic East End nexus.
