This hotel is not good value at all. Dirty, expensive, small and so noisy. We barely slept and were so glad we only stayed one night before moving onto another hotel. Would never, ever return to this hotel.

As others have stated already. This is a good little hotel for what you pay for. Don't expect 5 star quality and service for £80 a night!! I found my room to be clean and of a decent size. I was travelling alone so only had a single room. I was on the 2nd floor and had quite an interesting... More

Location seems ok until you get a very tired basement room that echoes to the sound of traffic accelerating up the road outside with absolutely no respite even during the early hours if the morning! Did not sleep a wink. Tired and dirty walls, chipped paintwork, wobbly bath fittings, shelves hanging off the wall, rawlpugs in walls everywhere. Never again.

if had read the other reviews i wouldn't have stayed here serves it's purpose for what we needed. staff were lovely yes it's small and dated but you just need a bed and a shower when your sight seeing.we were up and out each morning there are so many places to eat so we didn't have breakfast there, but this... Having a look through the previous reviews, I think they are overly harsh on the hotel. At the end of the day, the hotel cost £80 for the night and for a zone 1 London hotel next to st Pancras you're not going to get a 5 star, bells and whistles hotel for that price. The hotel was exactly what... More

Stayed with my wife recently for a few days, did the usual checking up and it looked fine on the photos and had good reviews. However on arriving we immediately noticed how it looked nothing like the photos, reception area was dirty and in disrepair(as was the rest of the hotel) the lift was really old and dirty and when... We booked in for 3 nights mainly due to location and comparissons. How wrong can you be, the photos bore no resemblance to the room. Instead of bedside cabinets we had garden tables, one of which was so unstable you could not place anything on it. You had to keep your hand on the kettle to get it to boil... More

Well, I wasn't expecting the Ritz, however the room was clean and comfortable. Nice touch - a couple of packets of biscuits and a bottle of water in the room! There was a kettle and a hairdryer which was really unexpected! Shower beautifully clean. Even though I was on the front of the hotel and it is on a busy... More

We needed a hotel just for a night and near St Pancras which is all this hotel really offers (location). Half of the lights didn't work, tv didn't work (front desk wasn't any help), and the shower didn't drain correctly causing the water to fill up at the bottom of the shower, which made chunks of dirt/whatever from the shower... If you are looking for a fancy, high class hotel where you can spend plenty of time and relax... GO ELSEWHERE. If you are here for a few nights and are looking for a place to crash... it's ideal. We stayed in a twin room while working down here, it's walking distance to King's Cross St. Pancras and plenty of... More
