Had a couple of nights at the Swinton on business earlier this week, and while convenient for central London the Swinton offered very poor value in comparison to other hotels I would normally stay in. Bathroom clean enough, but that's the best I can say. Not unreminescent of a 1980's squat, and not in a good way. Never again!

Room was tiny but very clean, had a single room facing the street so quite noisy although I managed to get a good night sleep, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plenty, again staff were very friendly and helpful, would stay here again.

It really ain't posh. Tiny room, even tinier bathroom, not easy to get your trousers off in there. The place is clean, though; staff is very friendly. I wanted somewhere clean (it was) for a short stay over in London. Single room had latest flat screen TV...what a bonus. There was water, tea and coffee making facilities. Hi there, I had 2 lovely days at this nice hotel in central part of London. I was attending a D-A-D concert and this hotel had the perfect location.
