We stayed there for one night and paid £99. The room was nice and quiet to the back yard. The TV didn't work (no antenna signal). The En-suit 'bathroom' is a toilet with a shower head. Once someone had a shower the whole 'room' is wet. Even the toilet paper gets wet if you don't put it outside first. The... More

“Basic but ok for an overnight stay” 3 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 March 2015 this review is the same as another, their words are the same as what i would have said. A warm welcome to the hotel. They let us store our luggage in the morning for that night's stay. The rooms are very small... And rather hot... But... More

Me and my friend came last night to find that our room was nothing like the photos what was on the website. Do not be fooled by the photos. The room was absolutely appalling. It was dirty.. The shower was full of mould, bits of poo was still in the toilet, the paint was coming off the walls, the TV... More

This is a low cost, low quality 'hotel'. The room had a dirty floor, dated furniture, a shelf holding a kettle on it that wouldn't have looked out of place in a garage for your paint tins and the shower room literally looked like it was inside a small cupboard. This reminds me more of a hostel than a hotel.... More

This place is just terrible. Receptionist in the nights couldn't speak English and just not presentable. Not helpful either. Staff in morning slightly better. Slanting floors, cold room, no bar in the cupboard to hang clothes, dirty, broken furniture, rusted kettle, the list goes on... It's just an old office building used as hotel without make over. I won't recommend... More

I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights in March. The staff was friendly and polite and the room was quite small but had everything you need (well expect a minibar). Breakfast was ok too. Absolutely the best thing was the location! 10 minutes by tube to basically anywhere from King's Cross. Lots of bars and restaurants are located... More

Stayed one night, 28th March 2015, beds very comfy, staff very nice. Basic 2 star hotel, Breakfast ok, tea coffee etc.toast ham, cheese, cereal etc., all we needed, the hotel just needs some basic housekeeping jobs, such as cleaning skirting boards, removal of rubbish from the basements and kitchen. wouldn't stay there again.

A warm welcome to the hotel. They let us store our luggage in the morning for that night's stay. The rooms are very small... And rather hot... But then it's not expensive and right near kings cross! Breakfast is extremely basic... You'd be better to visit a near by cafe. Essentially ok but no frills. Clean and comfortable!

The hotel is very simple but quite comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a Barclays bike station nearby, which was very useful. Breakfast is included but I missed as I slept too much and it finishes early.

Stayed here on 21 March. quiet surroundings considering its spitting distance from Kings cross. Whole place is a warren of corridors. our room was small but tidy. the only two drawbacks were 1) the shower/toilet combo. nice idea but the toilet was at the back end, which meant that if you had a shower, all the water sprayed all over...
