This place is just terrible. Receptionist in the nights couldn't speak English and just not presentable. Not helpful either. Staff in morning slightly better. Slanting floors, cold room, no bar in the cupboard to hang clothes, dirty, broken furniture, rusted kettle, the list goes on... It's just an old office building used as hotel without make over. I won't recommend... More

I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights in March. The staff was friendly and polite and the room was quite small but had everything you need (well expect a minibar). Breakfast was ok too. Absolutely the best thing was the location! 10 minutes by tube to basically anywhere from King's Cross. Lots of bars and restaurants are located... More

Stayed one night, 28th March 2015, beds very comfy, staff very nice. Basic 2 star hotel, Breakfast ok, tea coffee etc.toast ham, cheese, cereal etc., all we needed, the hotel just needs some basic housekeeping jobs, such as cleaning skirting boards, removal of rubbish from the basements and kitchen. wouldn't stay there again.

A warm welcome to the hotel. They let us store our luggage in the morning for that night's stay. The rooms are very small... And rather hot... But then it's not expensive and right near kings cross! Breakfast is extremely basic... You'd be better to visit a near by cafe. Essentially ok but no frills. Clean and comfortable!

The hotel is very simple but quite comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a Barclays bike station nearby, which was very useful. Breakfast is included but I missed as I slept too much and it finishes early.

Stayed here on 21 March. quiet surroundings considering its spitting distance from Kings cross. Whole place is a warren of corridors. our room was small but tidy. the only two drawbacks were 1) the shower/toilet combo. nice idea but the toilet was at the back end, which meant that if you had a shower, all the water sprayed all over... Staff were nice enough, room was basic but bed was really comfortable. Corridors were not good carpet was minging dirty and falling to bits, walls were filthy and there was a nasty smell in reception area. Saying all that it did the job and was close to St Pancras station.

Stayed here for two nights either side of a day trip to Paris on Eurostar. Didn't spend to much time In the hotel room, clean and tidy place, friendly staff, breakfast was ok, good place to drop your bags off and see London, I normally stay in 4 star hotels but didn't want to spend to much, as we wasn't... All Tho Wasn't not expecting sheer luxury in the heart of London for £76.. to say i was dissapointed is an understatment....having worked in the hotel industry for over 25 years i haven't even came across staff acomodation as poor as the room i paid for.. Room was tiny..if you (dared) lay... More

My New Year resolution is to avoid staying in small hotels around King's Cross. For the second time recently I have booked a hotel at the last minute and, needing something relatively cheap I opted for this one. The place is dirty and unloved. The stair carpet was disgusting - stained and looking like it had not been cleaned in... More
