Great location and lovely airy building which has been tastefully decorated. Menu is good and prices OK for London. Sunday night and busy but no excuse for poor service. Very slow and everything lukewarm. Basically disorganised. Could be very good.

We visited on the recommendation of others that had been previously. We ordered a couple of Latte's that we had to wait an unusually long time for. That was then followed by ordering eggs benedict and a couple of fruit juices. The juices were ok but not out of this world and the eggs benedict was cold and not worth... More

Not sure what this is but I guess B&B fits it best. It has four rooms on the third floor with the restaurant being on the first and second floors. The two front rooms are larger with Pimlico Room (on the corner) as the largest. We stayed 6 nights in this room and were very satisfied. The beds and linens... More

We met our grown-up children for breakfast at the Orange, and it was superb. Perfect eggs Benedict, and the full English was the best my son had ever had. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We liked it so much that we went for a long walk and then came back for lunch! The restaurant was as good as the... More

The food has been excellent on both visits. The restaurant lacks comfort one result of which is that sound is not absorbed and the room is very very noisy. The prices for a pub restaurant in Pimlico are ridiculous. Two starters. Two main courses. One pudding. Two bottles of water. Coffee x2. Three classes of average Chablis. £130+. At least... More

Love the Orange- tastefully decorated and buzzy crowd (that all look the same!!). Service is slow but the food really great- am still dreaming of the belly of pork! Acoustics poor upstairs. Only 10min walk from Sloane Square tube and Victoria station convenient too. Such an improvement from the cold, empty bar with the jukebox of old!

The food and service were spot on and walking upstairs to bed after dinner, instead of the tube, was a bonus. The room was stylish and very comfortable but as we were above the restaurant that served until midnight, it was very noisy. Our TV didn't work, so we couldn't use that as a distraction from the noise and we... More

Had a really nice dinner, wine, and overall experience at Orange recently. It is a great spot in Pimlico and highly recommended for a bite to eat. The facility is beautiful, decor attractive, service attentive, and overall very good value.

The Orange is and has been for the past few years one of the 'hippest' places to be in Pimlico and greater Chelsea and the rooms here are a good value especially when compared to standard hotels. The current owners completed a restoration of the historic property thoughtfully by exposing brick and stripping away layers of paint to expose beautiful... More

Came here midday on a weekend for a light bite to eat and a few drinks with friends. We were fortunate to get a table, the place was bustling and there was a very family friendly atmosphere. The staff were particularly helpful and accommodating. The Orange is part of the Cubitt House group that brings you other locals such as... More
