Don't book here it's terrible. Arrived and received the worst greeting ever. The woman left us standing on the steps for 10 minutes before letting us in. After signing myself, mum and 2 sisters in to her grubby guest book (she wanted our passport numbers, which we didn't have as we are UK residents staying in the UK so didn't... More

Not sure where to start...this hotel is truly awful, easily the worst, most disgusting and unsafe hotel I have ever stayed in and I have been staying in hotels for many many years now. Staff - the woman I was checked in by (she was too rude to be called anything more polite) was awful. It took her 15-20 mins... More

I arrived on the 4th of July 2014, with my sister and daughter for a weekend booked for my daughters birthday. Having had a lovely day London we arrived later afternoon to check in and relax. However not to be, we were initially met with a poor reception aesthetically, however still optimistic. It went down hill from there, the woman... More

Wow first impressions were so bad I nearly walked out..things didnt get much better! Booked through booking.com a week before for £90 for a double. When I arrived the old lady behind the desk was being rude to the guest checking inbefore me, which put me off straight away. Now I am not one for top standards, ive backpacked my... More

We stayed six days in this hotel. We had a double room including a own bath. The water of the shower never became hot. After complaining, me was told to use the common shower where the water after five minutes became hot. The basin was so small that it was difficult to wash your hands. The staff was every time... So called single beds are only 2ft 6" wide, not even standard singles which are 3ft. Lumpy poor quality mattresses. All sheets, blankets, duvet covers worn out, stained with holes in them. Carpets and curtains worn out and dirty. All furniture very old and falling apart. Window single glased noisey with drafts blowing through. You get 1 small towel. Over... More

Excellent location as Earls court tube station was hardly 2 minutes walk from the Hotel. The room was small but the sheets and towels were clean. I stayed a few nights and found the staff friendly and helpful. OK for a budget hotel. :)

'Booked the hotel via their online system, with £150 deposit, a few weeks later my card is used fraudulently. On arrival I over pay the balance in cash (as I was tired) the manager knew this (he later admitted) but still gladly took the money!. Next day I realised this and so got a 1/2 refund on the overpay (i.e.... More

Yeah the room was dirty, it had seen better days to be frank - but it was a one night late booking and had the main requirement for sleep....a bed!! I think the rate paid for one night was a bit much considering the room was tiny, but it was single occupancy and adequate for me. Shared WC/Shower room, not... More

The location is excellent. The hotel is really close to an underground station (Earls Court) and Earls Court Road has many restaurants and fast food options. The room is really small, but it was not a problem. The bathroom wasn't clean at the time we arrived. We complained but even though it wasn't that clean. The towels weren't very clean... More
