I loved my stay at this quaint little hotel. It's located very conveniently in Hampstead, there is a fruit stand next door, and many good restaurants nearby. The balcony door offers a beautiful view. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower room is clean and modern. The room is small, so don't try to stay here if there are three... More

Me and my sister stayed here while visiting family in London. It is not a boutique hotel, its not even a hotel, just some rooms above a pub. The photos on the website are very misleading, we stayed in the Victoria room which says it sleeps 3/4 on the website but the room was very small even for 2 of... More

The room where we were staying was The Elizabeth, which is upstairs right above the pub. It is rather small as I would have expected, a bit dusty around the table where they put a kettle/cups/glasses so before you use it please rinse it first. The shower room was OK it's not to shabby, at least it's very clean and... More

We stayed here in June 2012, and though the accommodations were tight, the experience was great fun. Our arrival was bit bumpy, as we'd just flown in from the US and were desperate to find the place, which we couldn't. It's not hard to find, but we didn't realize the hotel is above the historic King William neighborhood pub, which... More

This hotel is a couple of rooms above a local pub. That being said, it offers you an excellent London experience for your money. You will not have a concierge desk or any of the other amenities of a full service hotel but you are not paying $400 dollar a night. You will get a clean bedroom and bathroom cleaned... More

The ladies toilet doesn't flush, the owner gets up from drinking with her pals every hour or so and goes in with a rubber glove and some carrier bags to empty out the contents!! At one point the garden was put in lockdown whilst the chefs ( in their chef's Whites !!!) went out with a bag of dyno rods... More

@king George iv hampstead.. Well, what can i say? Walked into a shabby looking pub, picked up the menu from the bar table, a bunch of flies just starting buzzing, i was so put off at this point, was with friends so had to swallow my pride n still stay, if i had my way I would've walked out the... We stayed at Kings Boutique Hotel over the weekend and spent an enjoyable day in Hampstead trawling around the shops, a meal in a nearby restaurant (a staple in the chicken dish not a highlight...) and Hampstead Heath on Sunday morning, which is easy walking distance. The 'hotel' itself is a cluster of rooms above the King William pub. They... More

We stayed in this pub/hotel in July 2014. Great location, Hampstead, and great price. This hotel is located on the top floors of a King William IV pub. The rooms are small but very clean. They are simply decorated and comfortable. The hotel provides you with shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash and hair dryer. The bathrooms are small yet modern. Each... More

We stayed in the apartment which is across a lane from the King William hotel. It's a good big room up its own stair with a kitchen and bathroom so perfect for self catering, it was good value for this area. However the website probably raised our expectations too high. When we arrived it isn't a hotel as such and... More
